Where do i begin? When i first arrived to the hotel i was expecting the worst, that the pictures i had seen previously would have made the hotel look better than it actually was. However once i stepped inside i was completely wrong. The hotel looks better in real life !! We got to reception and the receptionist could not have been more helpful. She gave us maps and tips of where to go and how to be efficient on our trip. She was so so good. I had previously mentioned that it was a very special occasion for me and my girlfriend and they generously offered us an upgrade. We were very pleased with this. The room was amazing. The bed was huge, co clean and plenty of room for two. We went down to breakfast every morning and had more than a fair share each. We pigged out basically. The food was brilliant we couldn't stop eating!! My girlfriend especially loved the eggs. And i had everything else.... We came thinking we would not use the pool too often but once we got up there we didnt want to leave. We made it our goal to come back every day and spend at least 2 hours up there it was simply amazing. Pool was a great size and plenty of sun loungers. The hotel is a little out of the city but it is a walking distance away from all modes of transportation and you are only 30 mins away from the centre so i would not worry about this side of the location. The only fault i had with the hotel is very minor, we couldnt get an ice bucket for some reason. I called reception, room service and even went to the bar but i could never get any. 3 out of the 4 ice machines on each floor were not working and the one that did work only gave half a bucket worth of ice. This however is my only issue and it is a tiny one. I strongly recommend this hotel. It is simply brilliant. I cant remember any names but everyone was so polite and helpful. If i travel back to Rome this will be my place to stay. Thank you for everything David Palmer email@example.com Collapse

We had such an amazing trip I’m Rome. Easy links right into city centre in under half hour and you can come and relax on the roof top infinity pool after a long day seeing the sites. Breakfast was amazing! They upgraded our room and we had prosecco on arrival. The room was beautiful and clean. I can not fault the staff especially on reception who always were more than happy to help with anything we needed! Also the breakfast staff were lovely and accommodating. Would 100% recommend for couples who want to see the city and relax. Collapse

Lovely hotel, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant avaliable for guests after 7.30 excellent food and great staff. The pool area is a little small but holds a number of sunbeds on the roof which on a sunny day is a great area.

On arrival I had a lovely member of staff checking me in, obviously new to the role and took a little while to do, but most pleasant. Bit disappointed when I opened my room door to find a bland room with no soft furnishings at all. Orange rug ? orange cushions? Definitely not like the photos. I did however find white cushions in the wardrobe I like a hard pillow so I used one of these. The bed it's self was very hard and I did have trouble sleeping the first night supported myself with some strategic pillows. The rest of the week I was fine. The pool area was very nice but no towels. You have to get those from reception desk before hand. There is a bar up there too but never used it. Breakfast was as many hotels are. help yourself. Hot, cold, cereals, pastries, fruit and yoghurts also the ham n cheeses. The location of the hotel I thought was ideal even though I was travelling alone I had no problems with the transport. Don't bother with the taxi. Buy several €1.50 metrobus tickets from any tobacco shop which are all over the place usually by the bus stops it's self.the 170 will take you very close to the sightseeing then walk for 5-6 minutes. If you use an app it says longer but it's not. The bus takes you past the train station trastevere where you can be at the seaside within an hour Santa Marinella. A free beach where locals go. I can say that the walls are very thin, and you can hear next door snoring. And upstairs moving furniture or walking in heels. I can understand when the hotel is at full capacity there's not a lot you can do about that, but when it's half empty you can stagger rooms. So it's a more peaceful sleep. After all that I was very pleased with the hotel and the staff were exceptional even the poor lad who put up with me propping up the bar on one night. What a charmer he was. Thank you H10. Collapse

We stayed at hotel H10 Roma citta for 5 days in June, and we were delighted with our find. The hotel is a little out of the centre, but a short bus journey from everything. Being out of the centre means it is a quiet, peaceful hotel and built amongst a more urban Italian district - with awesome pizza places and coffee! (And graffiti art). The hotel is extremely clean and our room was cleaned spotless each day. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, they are happy to show you how to get to attractions which you would like to see. They are also very knowledgable on local transport. The best think about h10 Roma cotta is he rooftop pool and jacuzzi. It’s perfect to relax there after a tiring day of walking the streets of Rome looking at the art and history. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Rome. Collapse
