I visited this hotel with my boyfriend last week and we loved it! The hotel is right on the beach which was amazing and had brilliant water sports. The hotel pool was also lovely and I very much enjoyed the aqua aerobics at midday and my boyfriend the water polo! We went half board and were very happy with the food - the breakfast selection is delicious and has a selection for everyone (I personally loved the homemade omelettes!). We only had dinner at the hotel 2 times or so as we prefer exploring local food but the dinner we did have was lovely! The staff were all very friendly - especially the bar staff! The only downside to this hotel for us was the room - our aircon was not very powerful so it was fairly difficult to sleep and the room was fairly small with twin beds, I would have much preferred a double! However, this was not a bother for us as we enjoyed every other aspect of the hotel and holiday! Overall - we very much enjoyed ourselves and said we would re visit :) Collapse

Most of the guests are German - even the hotel manager is German and they HATE the British. It really shows. The hotel manager chased me around telling me off for wearing sandals and football shorts whilst I was grabbing buffet food. I believe this was because I was wearing England shorts! The A/C wasn't working in the room. However they sent someone to check the A/C and they left a note saying that it's fine. It's not fine - if you want to stay here then I strongly advise you to buy a big fan because the A/C is blowing hot air Everything is extra. If you want a safe, you get charged extra. If you book Breakfast/Dinner, you can have 2 x plates only and you have to pay for water/drinks You'll get told the sunbeds on the beach are for free. They're not. You'll have to pay to use the sunbeds You don't get your privacy when you're in your room. I had the "do not disturb" sign on the outside of the door yet I got interrupted twice - one of which I was sat on the toilet and the cleaning lady opened the bathroom door whilst I was sat on the toilet. The other time was the guy wanted to check if I used the minibar On the first night, we missed dinner but were told that there will be a cold buffet opening at 10pm. We waited for this, but there never was a cold buffet. So we went and had Burger King. Our first breakfast was rudely interrupted by 2 waitresses who crowded round our table, took our napkins away and put them on another table. They said from now on we are not allowed to choose our seats and that we needed to eat on the table they pointed to every day. Food was the same every morning/evening. If you want a variety of food then you won't get it Smell was horrible - smelt like sewers inside the hotel Not allowed to change beach towels every day. So had to use the same sandy/oily/wet ones throughout the week Even when you walk past hotel reception, some of the staff didn't even look at us to greet us. Made us uncomfortable to go to them if we needed anything Collapse

I stayed here with my friend for a few days. It was perfect for a few days of relaxation, everything on site - the beach on your doorstep, a supermarket, great food at the buffet (breakfast and dinner), a couple of restaurants if you want to get lunch and excellent facilities. There is not a lot else around though and for entertainment you rely on what the hotels put on (which wasn't very good! The rock band ruined all the classics and the female singer had problems with the microphone so we couldn't hear her) excellent for families with young kids. We took a walk to Alcudia port - it took an hour - highly recommend getting a cab for €9 if you want to go down there, and that's where you can find more of an atmosphere and plenty of bars and restaurants. Stayed here end of June for a week. First impressions was excellent but went down from there. The beds and pillows are rock hard and the cushion and bed throw smelt of grease. The tiny balcony was filthy and the room floor had sand all over it. The mirrors and walls were covered in dirt and grime. The lift broke down on us so we had to climb four flights of stairs all week as we didn't want to use it again for fear of it breaking down.Never been to a 4 star hotel with no kettle/ tea/ coffee facilities in the room and having to pay for water with your evening meal was appalling. The small whirlpool outside wasn't working. Sun beds around pool were packed so close we had to go on grassed area. We tried to get taxis booked from reception and on both occasions reception refused to order us one telling us to walk ,5 minutes to the taxi rank. The food was quite good but not 4 star quality. Be prepared to pay extortionate prices if you eat or drink at snack bar by pool so expensive. We found The swan just around nearly half the price and excellent food and service. On the plus side the location is fantastic being on the beach, the beach is lovely and the sea so warm. Sadly on the night if you want to stroll along the beach lots of couples making out. You do have problems with people walking off the beach to use the pool and someone did have their belongings stolen. This hotel should be rated 3 star and priced accordingly. It is mainly a German hotel hardly any Brits. Long transfer from airport. Of an evening the most annoying thing when out and about are the peddlers constantly thrusting glasses jewellery etc in your face this got so annoying by the end of the week, sadly we shan't visit this area again. We spent 7 days in this lovely hotel. Our first impression was super, we had a ground floor apartment with a little patio for ourselves with sunbeds, and the sea was a stone's throw away. The room was spacious and clean, everyday a nice cleaning lady took care of our room. We didn't go for all inclusive,as we have an 8 month baby and a toddler so we cooked our dinner at the apartment. The kitchen was, fully equipped. The sea was quite cold that time of year and everyday it was windy around midday, but we enjoyed playing with the kids in the sand. Couldn't recommend enough if traveling with children. The location is perfect, everything at our doorstep. Collapse
