We would recommend this hotel, lovely friendly staff that can;t do enough for you. Reception and restaurant staff was so helpful. I have coeliac disease and the gluten free option was very good, they had little signs above the food was letting you no the allergy's. The only thing is the food could of been a bit hotter, we never asked for it to be warmed up so that was our fault, I'm sure they would of sorted it. The entertainment staff were great. Hotel rooms we're a good size, very clean and beautiful. Nice pool it was warm. The hotel is on a hill. It's about 25 minutes walk to the beach and front, they have a free shuttle bus that runs there and back but we didn't use this as we liked the walk. Even walked to the market that's in los Cristianos 20 minutes, this is on a Sunday and Tuesday. The golf course that is next to the hotel as a nice walk round the edge that takes about 1 hour. We would differently return to this hotel with out a doubt. Collapse

If you are travelling with children this is a top destination. If you are a senior citizen or have an infirmity, then please read on. This is a hotel of many flights of stairs and no public lifts and no porterage service therefore following our arrival at reception we were given a site plan on which was drawn a cross being the location of our accommodation. so off we set with our two cases and rucksack after leaving the reception we negotiated our way down a flight of 20 steps, across the pool patio up 8 steps into our duplex apartment once inside we further humped the baggage down a further 13 steps to our bedroom, I am told that our apartment was one of the most accessible. The apartment itself was very good consisting bedroom with a tv a balcony minus any furniture and bathroom downstairs, the mattresses on the beds were good quality and were very comfortable. If we had one issue with the bedroom it would be with the lighting which was insufficient for my wife to apply her make up. The bathroom was excellent with a walk in shower as good as I have come across anywhere, Upstairs the was a comfortable lounge with tv, housed in a dresser was a pull out bed, the apartment had a small well equipped kitchen, a further balcony with a small table and two chairs. Please bear in mind that the accommodation is serviced six days per week. This hotel is very child friendly, and at one point, with a smile, a member of staff said to us “don’t come in the summer or Christmas as even he felt overwhelmed by children” during our second week ending the 15th February and a half term holidays in the UK there were more children than you could shake a stick at. This posed an additional problem, the dining area that occupies indoor and veranda seating is just not big enough resulting in queues forming at the door. I have rated the breakfast food as good and the evening meals as average at best, as we had the all inclusive option and we could choose from a range of drinks to include wine, the on tap wine is very poor to poor and we were given a bottled house wine at meal times instead. As a couple and previously as a family we have always changed for dinner, here people turned up for dinner in shorts, jeans, flip flops and clothes that they had been wearing all day long which detracted from the ambiance. At lunch time we opted for snacks at the pool bar, on offer were hamburgers, hotdogs, sandwiches, salads, pasta, with fruit and ice cream to follow, all freshly prepared and very good One thing I must praise is the staff each and every one was brilliant, from the waiters, reception, bar staff and the entertainments team, so good. Would we return to this hotel? No, my wife and I are in our mid 70s so could have done without the staircases and we would normally look for a less busy and quieter location. If I was holidaying with children I would happily return Collapse

Just waiting to fly home - all in all a nice holiday - the resort is clean, accommodation is good and weather was lovely for Feb. Have stayed in lots of all inclusive hotels but probably won’t come back to this one. It was Feb half term and not many activities for my 9yr olds - they weren’t allowed to join in aqua fit, football or waterpolo every day, they made friends so made their own fun but even they said they missed the activities. Disney party and pool bingo to young for them but nothing until teenagers who could join football! Had to complain about the hygiene in the restaurant, tongs for raw meat being used for cooked meat and back in the raw meat in fairness the manager sorted it, staff meeting etc and didn’t see it happening again. The food for AI was ok not as much variety as in some bigger AI but still plenty to eat. Fresh squeezed orange juice on tap was lovely. The big pool wasn’t heated much if at all only the middle pool and small pool so only made in the big pool once or twice. As a result all the kids congregate in the tiny spar pool (which wasn’t working) and several we saw bashed their heads on the submerged seats and adults couldn’t use it as children overran it The help yourself snack bar and drink bar was good plenty of salad bits and baguettes if you didn’t want the buffet lunch which started at 1pm Courtesy bus to Siam Park great and a must if it’s warm enough. We all enjoyed being scared can recommend the Dragon and Volcano rides, Tower of Power is an adrenaline hit but be prepared for a bruised lower back. Evening entertainment was ok - have seen better but it does what it says on the tin. This resort misses out in not having an indoor entertainment area like many of the others so it can be quite cold at night in winter. Holiday was fine, not brilliant not awful , middle of the road. I was surprised at all the 5 star reviews I guess it depends on what you’ve experienced before hence why I’ve given it a four. Collapse

We didn’t pay over the odds for this holiday and when I read other reviews it really baffles me. The staff are outstanding at this hotel from the bar staff to reception staff. Valentines meal was amazing and staff fussed everyone. All inclusive is great and you done need to be greedy. 2 areas around the pool to get drinks. Beer , wines and soft drinks are self service at one pool bar but not at the other nearest the kids pool. Breakfast is fab and people should not drink so much freshly squeezed orange juice , it was only thing that people was greedy with. Will be some sore bums after a huge glass lol. Waiter who brought Mellon round the pool was a nice touch. Rooms are spotless and cleaners work there socks off , our room was on 2 floors , had 2 balcony’s. Even been all inclusive we had a great kitchen , only thing we really used was the fridge and freezer. We walked down daily to the Los Cristianos and las Américas and took 20-25 mins but would always advise a taxi back up. All in all I’d say keep up the great work to staff and management. Entertainment staff did a great job and my 2 kids loved the Disney party. The hotel is a little out the way but taxis are so cheap if you want to venture out or go for a nice walk. P.s Pepe what’s your real name lol Collapse
Great for people with kids, not great for couples

This hotel is beautiful, it's lush and green. Incredibly clean and tidy. The food is great for a buffet-style all inclusive. There is loads of choice and something for everyone. I would say that breakfast is an absolute nightmare. It's way too busy. Brace yourself for that. The other meals are fine and not as crazy. Our room was immaculate and spacious, very comfortable. The bottle of water and cava in the fridge was a nice touch. What I wish is that I knew this is hotel for people with children. Which is brilliant if you have children, but not if you want a quiet, peaceful, romantic holiday with your partner (or just want to not be surrounded my screaming children all. the. time.). Want to have a nap? Nope, kids are screaming and running up and down the walkway. Want to sleep in? Nope, the rooms aren't well sound proofed and crying babies can be heard at 6am next door. Want to lay by the pool and read your book in peace? Not happening. Because small children and running around you constantly and screaming in the pools. Do not come here if you want a quiet, relaxing adult holiday. If you have kids, this is perfect for you. Collapse
