We stayed 7 nights all inclusive from 13 August 17. The hotel is close to the airport, great if like us you hate long transfers. It's very centrally located, with shops bars & lots of places to eat close by but not noisy. We slept very well. The Airconditioning & shower were both very good & beds comfortable. The hotel has lots of ramps & they have obviously tried hard to make it as accessible as possible for disabled visitors. Which brings me to this hotels flaw for those less mobile. The access into the pool was down 3 wobbly ladders, the pool had an odd camber around the edge. It has the potential to spoil holidays if your love is to swim in the pool. We were fortunate our daughter mastered the steps but we did see an elderly visitor that had to be lowered and lifted by her family, not safe or ideal. Despite the pool we liked the hotel. It's very well managed & the staff are hardworking & a credit to Gran Cervantes. It didn't have the usual sun bed issue thanks to clever management strategies which were impressive. The entertainment was ok as was the food which was plentiful . We did have a lovely stay & would return Collapse

Myself and my partner stayed here from the 30th of July for a week all inclusive , I emailed the hotel before hand to ask for a room on the 1st floor , which was no problem to them we got a nice room looking out at the pool , the room was spotless with a flatscreen tv , the pool was great ter was loads of sun beds , it opens at 9am which was great because gives everyone a chance to get a sun bed at a normal time , in some Hotels you get people running out at 6am putting ter towels out not in this case , the food was lovely they had something for everyone all fresh and topped up very quickly if any went empty , you could have wine wit your dinner or pull yourself a beer , they had such a huge selection of deserts and fresh pastries , and best Of all your 10 mins from airport and Your beside everything , most of the staff wer really nice especially the bar man from the pool bar that works 11-7 , he made our stay great and we had a laugh with him , I would highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely be returning , thank you , Lorraine from Dublin Collapse

I stayed at the hotel Gran Cervantes from 29/06/2017 till 18/07/2017 with 3 children, age 12,9,5. The room was okay. You had everything you needed. Our room was located at the front side from the hotel, the view was great but we had some problems with the noise of people going out and buses that came drop off or pick up clients. The room was very clean. The location of the hotel is okay, near the center of Torremolinos. You need a little walk to go to the beach. The evening, there is a light animation, okay. During the day, you have animation for the adults and also for the children. The people from the animation team are very good. They try to have all the people in their activities without any forcing. Also the animation for the children is very good. You can leave your children in the animation and be sure they will be looked after. They also do different activities with them. The boy from the animation team has a very good contact with the children. He is one of them. He has the capacity to enter and be part of the kids world. The whole animation team are people who are friendly and correct. They also take time to have contact with everybody. The food at the restaurant is okay but if you stay a long time, it becomes monotonously. The staff from the restaurant is super. Otherwise, the whole staff from the hotel is friendly and if you have a problem, they are there to help. It's a hotel where the whole staff gives you the feeling to be at home. Not the first time we booked this hotel and certainly not the last. Collapse
