Where do I start! Room's are spotless spacious and extremely comfortable miss the bed already!! You are given fresh towels and bottled water daily the balcony is huge with two sunloungers. We were all inclusive and I loved the fact that you do not have to go to the bar their is waiter service at most of the bars (never had that at an all inc before) even the snack bar where the food was a slightly limited choice of pizza, burgers, hot dog and chips but were of really good quality. The all inclusive restaurant however more than made up for this the choice and variety was second to none!! With waiter service again bringing soft drinks, wine or beer. You can have the a bottle of wine with your dinner too if you wished! The staff were so friendly and welcoming and helpful in all the bars only witnessed one female member at the snack bar that was a bit rude but that was only on one occasion and we are all entitled to a bad day! The pools were stunning with a view over the ocean similar to an infinity pool there is one on the lower floors that is more forvtge kids and the upper pool where we were was slightly quieter and you can usually find two beds even in the later morning. Even though I thought we did overpay £900+ each this was probably because we were united to the time we went (school holidays) and had to book late but the added touches at this hotel does kinda justify it also you do notice that the drinking does kinda stop from 11.30 onwards when the all inclusive stops so this does kinda stop late night noise and rowdy ness which we didnt experience any whatsoever which was lovely. I would return but I think it would have to be booked in advance so not to pay much as we did but understand that it was circumstances. Collapse

Hi folks . Back again to this hotel this is the 3 time back and may I add we do not usually do that but we do love this hotel .Why the staff. The food. And the location .lets start first the newest update is tea/ coffee in the room it did not have that the last time we was here so that's good if you are like us we like a good Cuppa in the mornings . We did review trip advisor and we saw a few bad remarks on that it needs updating well yes in some ways it does but not to the extent it puts you off coming here .i have stopped in 5/6 star hotels and I can tell you that them needs updating so this hotel is ok we are still hear enjoying the hot weather lovely food and drink. ......on arrival the checking was as usual very good ...you do usual get a welcome drink brought to you on arrival but we was that fast in checking in that we did not have chance to get one . But when we got to our room there was a lovely bottle of champagne there ...here all the staff are very very friendly nothing's to much trouble if you are wanting anything .the food is very good to plenty of variety to have .on a evening in the down stair bar the waiters serves you at your table not bad for a all inclusive hotel some hotels we have to stand queueing at the bar to get a drink . Now the spar you do have to try this when you come you will feel fab when you get out of the spar pool then get a good massage .for the children there is entertainment for them at the down stairs bar the team will entertain them also near the pool is a play area for them and a small pool . There are two pools one up and one down so not a problem there the resteront near the upper pool serves pizza at 1 pm burger / hotdogs and more at 12 pm ..the only one thing that does let the hotel down is the entertainment Why. First don't get me wrong some times say last night the entertainment was very good the only thing is if you sit at the back you can not see if the acts went on the stage you could see them a little better but I think the stage should be bigger therefore everyone can see and the second thing on the day you leave say you leave the hotel at 6pm or even 8pm the all inclusive stops at 12 noon I still thing your all inclusive should stop when you leave the hotel . You do get a food voucher so you can get some food before you go .i think when you arrive say at 22.00 you have lost say a day on your all inclusive but that's the way it is I hope they Change this but overall this hotel is a fab hotel you will enjoy .will I be back ...........YES WE WILL we would like to say thank you to all the staff for making our holiday a good one the only thing I can say is GET BOOKING our room is 4035 private balconys in this block with sea views thanks for reading hope this review helps Collapse

My daughter and I stayed for a week in August. Check in was the first sign this was going to be a great break - greeted at the taxi by a gentleman who took our luggage, by the time got to reception there was a member of staff with two glasses of bubbly something. We were taken to our room near the lower pool. We had a hot tub in our room - a hot tub!!! There was also a bottle of bubbles on ice and fresh fruit and bottled water!!! All the stuff you usually have to pay extra for! So far, off to a flying start and we'd not even undone the suitcase yet! We chilled in the hotel for a bit investigating and seeing what was where. We went for dinner and sat outside on the terrace overlooking the sea. Stunning views. The food was lovely, so much choice. I challenge anyone not to find atleast one thing they like to eat. There's fresh meat and fish cooked to order every night, pizzas, salad, variety of hot foods, puddings galore! Our holiday aim was serious downtime after a hectic year and this is definitely the place to come to do that. We spent most of our time at the top pool, mainly due it being away from the children's pool - I've no objection to kids on holiday at all but we didn't need to be by the little pool so we stayed away. The usual things happen with the sun loungers - people putting them out at silly o clock in the morning so you have to be quick to get one. The all inclusive runs from 10am-23:00. Some things aren't available on it but we always found something to eat and drink that was included. The entertainment was for the little people earlier in the evening and the times I passed it they seemed to have fun. Then later on they had more adult entertainment ranging from singers to cabaret to circus themed stuff. I cannot fault any of the staff across the entire complex from the room staff, waiting, bar, kitchen, reception, shop, entertainment. They were all so friendly and polite. Always saying hello and how are you. The complex is spotless. Never saw any rubbish. Bins around the pool are emptied regularly and the place is cleaned every evening ready for the next day and in the morning they wash the floors down. It really is the most beautiful hotel. Could not fault a single thing and we are already planning to return in 2018. Collapse

Disappointed on arrival We had booked through Thomas Cook for a seaview room and had emailed the hotel a few months prior to travelling requesting a high floor in a quiet location. When we arrived we had a view of the kids play area (couldn't see the sea at all), on floor 1 above the kids club, next to some kind of system that was noisy 24 hours a day. Think the reservations team were having a laugh at our expense. Rooms The rooms are lovely and big, we had 2 twin beds pushed together and a separate bed for our daughter. There was also a sofa that made into a bed that we didn't need to use. The bathrooms are large with a powerful shower over the bath. The rooms are very clean and our maid (Anna Rose) was very thorough and very friendly. The balcony had a table and chairs and 2 sun loungers. Food The food was excellent. We were there for 2 weeks and very rarely was the same thing being served. The live cooking was delicious. Our waitress (Lucia) was fantastic. She was so welcoming every day and remembered our drinks orders. The children's section was limited, but my daughter ate off the adults section as there was so much choice. The chocolate fountain was always welcomed and the lemon ice cream is amazing. Gluten free information is displayed at the entrance to the dining room near the toilets and bread is available on request. Pools The pools are brilliant. We used the bottom pool as this is where the activities are. The pool games, aqua fit and aqua balls were great. A couple of times a week a scuba diving company come on site. We found them to be very rude. Its a shame as the hotel staff are so friendly with their activities. Could do with more pool bikes though. People get up really early to reserve sun loungers. By 8.30am they were all taken, yet many did not have anyone on them until after lunch. The pool man (lifeguard) was very helpful though and would fetch a couple if you couldn't find one. Entertainment The daytime entertainment was really good and the staff were brill. Bingo, Archery, Rifle shooting, sjolen and shuffle board were regularly being held in an afternoon. Evening entertainment was good at the start of our holiday. Whitney Houston, Camden Circus, and the other acrobat acts were excellent. At the end of the holiday the acts were being cancelled at 2 hours notice and being replaced by very poor acts. Its a shame as the boards are put up at breakfast and by evening meal they have changed. The saxophone player is amazing, he plays some nights between 8.30 and 9.15pm. He should have his own slot in the main entertainment. Kids Club The mini disco is fantastic for the kids. 8pm every evening. Then the kids staff stay in the slot machine area for 45 minutes playing with the kids and watching films. The kids club is really good, with some great activities, but it is a drop in session. Kids can come and go as they like and often the staff will nip out of kids club to get things and leave the kids unsupervised. If you are aware of this then it isn't an issue. We dropped our child off one day thinking she would be there for an hour and 10 minutes later she was wondering around searching for us on her own. The kids club staff are lovely, my daughters favourites were Tiana and Alejandro. They really got the kids engaged and the kids could win certificates (diploma) and t-shirts. One day was a pirate treasure hunt around the hotel and its grounds. The arcade machines need sorting out, as they are constantly breaking down and the poor staff on the bar are having to come away from doing drinks to refund money. The lift to the seafront walkway was broken most days. There is a flight of stairs for when its broken but there are a lot of stairs when walking back up! Needs sorting permanently not repairing daily. The hotel is fantastic, I have already recommended it to friends. I would return but wouldn't put a room request in before travelling, that way I cant be disappointed on arrival when the reservations team allocate the exact opposite. Also note that not all rooms have seaview. We had a view of the kids play area. The rooms below us had a view of the wall. Collapse
