This hotel welcomed us when we arrived and made sure we could get some food as it was after meal time which I thought was nice, Not a place for young people as 99 percent of the guests are old age pensioners, The entertainment was absolutely shocking, It was ballroom style dancing every night with half hour of different entertainment, they had dance classes but there was nothing spoken in English so even if people wanted to join in, they couldn’t because they couldn’t understand Spanish, some people might say its up to me to learn their language but I have never been on holiday where the entertainers didn’t speak in all different languages. Probably because of the time of the year all nearby bars were closed so we had nothing to do at night. Other bars were about an hours walk away. Again because of the season, the swimming pool wasn’t open, the hotel has an indoor swimming pool but it is like a small shallow paddling pool, not big enough to swim in. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were cleaned every day, the room got a little cool at night as there was no heating on although it is advertised as having heating on until march. I was impressed with the all inclusive drinks, with lager being served in pint glasses and not the usual small plastic cups , we had to get drinks from one little section of the bar as we were all inclusive, the rest of the bar was only for paying guests, it was a bit intimidating and the main bar seemed to take priority. The food was very nice and there wasn’t any pushing and shoving. Wifi had to be paid for but was reasonably priced and worked good. Collapse

Very good hotel to stay the hotel caters mostly for the Spanish market , very poor excess for disable very steep ramp from entrance to lift up to recepition. Restaurant is down stairs with no lift . There are 2 lifts up to the room levels , the rooms are basic cleaned every day with clean towels provided and changed every day bath rooms are a good size and have a shower only which are very good . The food is good with a good selection . The entertainment is based on the older generation the gentleman who does the entertainment trys to involve everyone and is very good .there is a good bar the prices are not bad if you come on any package other than all inclusive you can up grade . The old town is 10min walk with plenty of shops ,cafes and bars . I would come back here but without children Collapse
One day down 6 more nightmare days to go.

Where do I start. Dirty walls and curtains as seen in pictures. On arrival there is one lift which there was a big queue for there’s no steps upstairs. Further more there is a large queue to check in there are 2 staff on who are more happy jabberig away in their own language than dealing with checking us in. So we missed lunch because of this. There was no guidance of shuttles into town or location of the indoor pool. WiFi you have to pay for which we weren’t advised we had to do or where we could do it. They also kept our passports with no reason I had to ask why and I got some feeble response to that question. Later that night we went for dinner to be told we needed a little card which we weren’t advised we needed (despite having all inclusive wrist bands). The staff are grumpy in the kitchen snatching your empty plates of the table. There’s not a large variety of food either. When I went to get our passports I could only get mine not my partners and I was given no reason why cause we were in the same room. We’ve had enough of this hotel and is our first night out of a total of 7. We had to change because of Magic Crystal Park going under refurbishment the indoor pool smells and tastes funny it’s not being filtered correctly and is stale all the other residents are old. It’s and older persons hotel. When using electrical items it blows the whole electric in the room it keeps tripping so there’s a fault there. The air conditioning doesn’t work and neither does the heating. So all in all it’s not a good hotel and I would recommend to totally avoid this hotel and I will be recommending that Jet2.com stop serving this hotel in their holiday packages. Collapse

Before travelling I read the reviews and to be fair after staying here I was pleasantly surprised. Granted, the hotel is mainly for older Spanish people but the staff were lovely and spoke the English we needed in order to get by. The food was also mainly catered for the spanish and whilst a lot of the time, it wasn't really that hot (as is the norm often with buffet style hotel restaurants, lets be fair) it was always pretty tasty. No bad guts or anything like that and there was a fine selection, us brits don't eat a lot of fish but I tried some and loved it! Also, the rooms we were in were basic, but clean. Small to, but serviceable and the beds were comfy. The TV also had a few English channels! (BBC, BBC 2, ITV 1, 2 and 4) The hotel is situated close to the old town and set back, so at night it's pretty quiet. They do have entertainment but it's mainly Spanish music and dancing, but being a young person I only spent a few hours in the bar, which I should add is large and cheap to! If there was a 3.5 rating then I would award it to Fiesta Park, as it doesn't quite warrant a 4 but it is much better than other reviews may suggest, especially since it was cheap to stay in.
