Arrived on Monday 16th April to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary for 5 nights. Loved the hotel. Met great people. Room was amazing and spotless. Hotel overall very clean. All inclusive choice for drinks was great although l overdone the cava. Breakfast had everything you could need and only thing l would say was the food could have been warmer at lunch. Fed the hotel cat every day plus another that just lives outside at the gates at the bottom of the stairs so if you’re an animal lover please feed them. All of the staff in restaurant, bar and entertainment were lovely. Beach 150 metres away as are plenty bars and shops. We will be back. Thank you Fergus Bermudas Collapse

After reading some of the reviews we were a little skeptical about how we would get on. To start with we were put in a basement room and after reading the reviews on here we were expecting an awful dingy room with no light. We were pleasantly surprised to be given a humongous room, clean and modern with an equally huge bathroom with walk in shower. Nice big balcony with the outside floor about waist height. We did ask if we could possibly move as we fancied a room with a better view and he said he had none available the first night but to check back the next day which we did. He gave us a card to a room and we thought we would just have a look before we actually moved. The room was tiny and the bathroom only just big enough for one person. The balcony overlooked the road so had quite a bit of traffic noise so we decided to stay put in the basement room which we were happy with. Next, the food. Having had quite bad feedback about the food on here we were again a bit skeptical. Lunch I would give a 5/10. A Mish mash of totally different sorts of food not cooked particularly well with little flavour but there was lots of choice to appeal to everyone including salad, pizza, soup, bread, burger etc. Evening meals were mixed. Loved mexican night! So scrummy with loads of options. My husband was a massive fan of the ribs. Second night wasn’t themed and was a mix of French and Italian and wasn’t that impressed. Third night was Spanish night, I was dubious as I’m not a fish person but there was a lovely mix and the lamb was really good. Breakfast I would give 8/10. Masses of choice especially if you have a sweet tooth like me. Only thing which let it down was the fact the cooked breakfast really wasn’t nice. Sausages looked dodgy and didn’t taste great, tomatoes were dry and again tasted not good. I even didn’t like the scrambled egg which I usually love. But the huge other choice pulled it around for me. Tip for those on all inclusive- delicious cake gets brought out at 5pm to the snack area by the bar! Can’t fault the location. The beach was stunning! I would hugely recommend coming this time of year as it was so lovely and quiet, both in the hotel and the beach. The other thing I loved about the hotel was the massive round sofa bed type things in the garden big enough easily for two or more people. Paradise as it’s much more private and quiet than lying by the pool. Another tip is don’t lie on the bed on the beach- they charge you 14euros for the privilege even if it’s 3pm in the afternoon. So I guess better value if you go in the morning and intend on lying on them all day. Overall I would definitely come back. Really impressed for the price I got it for. I would say it’s definitely a good 4* hotel. Collapse

We stayed here for 3 nights on all inclusive basis. The hotel, pool and grounds were lovely. Very clean and well kept. The staff were wonderful, very friendly, helpful and hard working. We thought the choice of food was excellent for buffet style and some real thought put into the dishes which tasted very good. Especially enjoyed the paella at lunchtime. All extras covered, even small bowls of additional herbs and spices provided if you wanted to add extras to your meal. Choice of drinks extensive and well presented. Never felt any less attention to the drinks because we were all inclusive. The bedroom was new and modern. Only downside was poor design in room 125 which has stopped me giving this hotel a 5 out of 5. No mirror over desk to do hair and make-up. No drawers in the room - just some small shelving in the wardrobe. Would have liked to have had tea / coffee making facilities. The shower room did not have any shelving which made things difficult, and the shower tray wasn’t really a tray at all so leaked over the floor with shower mat getting soaked through. However, this would not stop us staying here again ( as the rest of the hotel was very well designed) but we may consider upgrading room next time. Collapse

What a fab hotel. This was my 2nd visit and it didn't disappoint. We booked half board but upgraded for 15 Euro each per day for all inclusive! It was a no brainer! 12 ladies stayed (3 to a room). Spacious room with balcony. Complementary touches like a selfie stick, 3 pairs of sunglasses and a sports bag all free for us to use. Along with toothbrush, razor, shampoo, shower gel and shower cap. Big fluffy white dressing gowns and towels. The food in the restaurant was more than sufficient with different fish and meats ever day. Service was top notch. Safe and towel are provided for a deposit. The location of the hotel is 2 minutes from the beach and a short walk to the shops. Collapse
