After three days in London we were looking for a unique place to stay prior to visiting Bletchley Park. As Hilton Honors member this property caught my eye as the hotel is part of the MK Dons soccer stadium. We booked a two bedroom family room and really enjoyed the layout. Even though it was a bit of a walk to our room we really enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly, helpful, breakfast was excellent and there are several restaurants and place to shop within walk distance. The hotel is 15 minutes from Bletchley Parks and the Crewe train station making everything extremely convenient. Strongly recommend!! Collapse
Clean. Poor service.

Where do I start. Initially I did not have a room available according to the very abrupt reception staff, even though my corporate booking was with a mass group of over 150 people. That took 1 hr to resolve. Next lunch. I requested a vegan lunch. It was presented to me on a saucer size plate..2 tomatoes some cucumber, raw garlic, baby beets, and a sprig of lettuce. I asked if this was all I would be having and perhaps I could have an avocado sandwich or some veggies and hummus in a wrap. I was told no. I explained I was there for the whole day and lunch was to last me until 8pm. They offered me crisps and a banana. Unacceptable. Next I checked in and went to my room. I decided to order some chips from room service as I'd not had sufficient lunch. These were burnt outside and hard in the middle. Lost for words now. At 8pm went down for corporate dinner event. Everyone's menu choices were on the table in detail. Mine simply said "vegan" so I didn't know what I might get. Cold over seasoned tomato and garlic soup.. not gazpacho.. Just cool soup with too much garlic. Main course arrived. Vegetable crisps on top of rice with peas.. totally tasteless. I excused myself and left the dinning room before dessert. I couldn't take any more of this appalling uninventive "food" collaboration. Worst experience at a major hotel since the 80s when vegan was seen a something niche and difficult. Today there is no excuse. Even the smallest B+B can cater for a vegan diet these days. I found the staff to be nonplussed unhelpful and very difficult. With the exception of one lady at lunch time who kept apologising for the offerings. I will not be recommending this hotel. Nor shall I return. Additionally.. you can request alternative pillows to the vile goose pillows on offer should you not want to sleep on the remains of dead birds. Come on Hilton, it's 2018.. take the cruelty out of your hotels. I chose the memory foam pillow as an alternative. I had to call 3 times for this changes to take place. They came. They were rock hard. Nothing good about this experience at all Never again will I stay here. Collapse

Stayed here for the MK marathon weekend. Great location as the race started and finished at the stadium. Great location with loads of places to eat and drink nearby. The room was immaculate. Standard pillows weren’t great so I opted for the buckwheat pillows from the pillow menu (free of charge). The air con kept us cool over an unseasonably hot weekend, and you didn’t need a degree in electrical engineering to operate it. The check-in was quick and they had our room ready at 12pm so we got a good rest. The fridge was a welcome addition to the room to keep race drinks cool. Better than a mini-bar any day. Nice toiletries in the bathroom and easy to get hold of any extras via the Care Line. No noise from outside and bed was very comfy. Room service menu was reasonably priced for convenience. Only criticism is the beer selection in the pitchside bar. Very uninspiring, no craft beers and Peroni and San Miguel were the best they had to offer. Oh and the welcome cookies rock. Ours lasted about three minutes. Collapse

We recently stayed here whilst participating in the Milton Keynes Marathon weekend and this hotel did not let us down. We had a pitch side room which overlooked the fabulous stadium (and, incidentally, due to the finish line being here, meant we could also watch fellow runners finishing from the comfort of our hotel room). The room was extremely spacious, complete with fridge, teas/coffees & bottles of water, hairdryer etc. The bathroom was equally spacious and modern and all was spotlessly clean. The air con in the room was another bonus as the weekend was extremely warm. Nearly forgot to mention the delicious warm cookie we were given upon arrival....yums! Although we did not eat in the restaurants here we did have a drink in the pitch side bar. All staff were very friendly and polite. Would I recommend this hotel....yes! Would I stay here again....definitely! Great hotel.....great location! Collapse
