This hotel is big centrally located it has a lot of stores and restaurants. The pool and juccuzi are beautiful. A little noisy with the cars but not too bad. Would recommend it. Collapse

We stayed one night pre cruise. We had reserved their top hotel suite with bay view. The pictures on the website are a bit deceiving. The first room we were taken to had a smaller balcony then on a cruise ship. Appearently there are 2 different rooms in this category. We asked and were moved to another room about 2 hours later in the meantime storing our luggage and getting lunch. The second room was not as separated as the first but the balcony was much bigger. This room at least had the view we were looking for. The furniture was new but the floor and sink had old cracks in them. There was a sink in the bathroom and another outside the bathroom with a large counter. There was a nice table and chairs and the bed was good. There was quite a bit of noise heard from the hall at times. We did enjoy the large hot tub on the property but had to ask for towels at the front desk and then there were none. The desk is a long way to the pool. Waste of time. No robes in this suite either. Just not my idea of luxury for sure. There is a Publix almost across the street for wine and last minute needs which was great. Overall this wasn’t a bad stay just not a wow. We’ll be back in a year and will look for another hotel in the area. Collapse
Great Location - could be cleaner though

I am not the type of traveler that walks into a room with a white glove and inspects every aspect of the room, let me start off with that... HOWEVER, upon taking my shoes off and walking across the room my socks were filthy. Not sure when the last time the floor was mopped, but it had not been recent, that is for sure. Had to wash our feet before getting in bed. Room itself, a Jr. Suite with a partial bay view, was very large, the bed was comfortable and the balcony was huge. Floor to ceiling windows with a large sliding door to the balcony was a plus. The room was warm, we could not keep it cool, it stayed about 70 degrees the whole time we were there. The pool area is very nice; but the bar service is very slow. I am not sure we'd stay there again; I don't think the price was worth what we got. Also, you have to pay for the wifi, which, is ridiculous after paying over $200 a night to sleep in their hotel. Collapse
