We arrived at the hotel and the staff were very friendly. We were even upgraded to an executive suite due to a mix up by the travel agent. The room was lovely and very modern. The bed was comfy and had everything you needed. As the hotel is very close to Westfield Shopping Centre, we spent the afternoon there. We then went to a show and had dinner out and hopped back on the tube to the hotel, which is walking distance from the station. The next day we had a yummy breakfast and again staff were very helpful. On check-out we asked about another stay as we had a great time and Luke was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again and take the kids next time as the location and hotel were fab. Collapse

Stayed for one night at The Dorsett, Shepherds Bush as my husband was having eye surgery nearby. Check in was very easy with Sonny on reception who was very chatty, polite and asked how far we had travelled and continued to offer us a suite as a free upgrade. Lovely greeting and much appreciated. The room was lovely with quirky windows but very clean and tidy with everything we needed - lovely white company products. We went out for dinner and they kindly called a cab for us at concierge- we didn’t stay for breakfast as our appointment was early. Great location for Westfield - lovely staff - very clean rooms with quirky decor- we would love to return. Many thanks Collapse

Check in was quick and efficient by a friendly member of staff, first impressions of the Hotel were very impressive, we were allocated to room 257, which was large and very clean, although we later realised was a specially adapted room for the disabled, the sink was very low and lots of grab rails and alarm pulls! No water or biscuits in room and the shower was poor, we had a drink in the bar in the evening, they didnt have any pinot grigo so was offered an alternative, was shocked at the price on £11.25! And the barman waived the 1 2.5% service charge! I think I was conned there! The bed and pillows were really comfy and we had a good night's sleep. We were looking forward to breakfast, however it was very poor, the hot food was cold, had to ask for a plate, toaster didnt toast the bread! Really let's the hotel down. On departure we got the bus to Oxford circus right outside the hotel. Collapse

We stayed here for two nights, despite a couple of rude and pushy Asian tourists, Jose on the desk dealt with the issues and our check in process was dealt with pleasantly and efficiently. The room was large and airy, well appointed and very clean. Breakfast although expensive was very comprehensive and tasty. The cocktail bar waiters are knowledgeable and good to chat to. Parking can be difficult to find and I suggest a quick call to reception prior for directions. Overall, an excellent stay. Would I stay here again, definitely. Would I recommend this hotel, definitely. Collapse
