The hotel offers a first class service within a cosy yet refined atmosphere, defined by a welcoming style which is typically Italian.
Quiet and comfortable are the rooms in the Hotel delle Province, and guarantee a very pleasurable stay for guests. The hotel has 42 highly furnished rooms, all have a private bathroom with hairdryer, a safe, soundproofed windows, air conditioning, a minibar, LCD Television with terrestrial and satellite channels, telephone in the room and in the bathroom and internet connection, including wireless.
Rome is arguably the most fascinating city in the world, an ancient and beguiling place packed with the relics of well over two thousand years of habitation. You could spend a month here and still only scratch the surface. Yet it is so much more than an open-air museum; its culture, food and its people make up a modern, vibrant city that would be worthy of a visit irrespective of its history. As a historic place, it is special enough, but as a contemporary European capital, it is utterly unique.

It’s sll help yourself more like 2 star as i’ve stayed in 4 star hotels and the bathrooms are clean not so here. Expect 2 star you will not be disappointed Collapse

We stayed at Hotel Seller Province for 3 nights during our recent trip to Rome. The hotel is little away from the happening places of Rome but in a beautiful and pleasant location. The nearest subway, Bologna metro station, is under 600m from the hotel and two stops away from Termini. So very well connected. Room and facilities are very good. The staff is very friendly and helped us with the places to visit and how to visit and the routes. Breakfast came included in our packages and is a good spread but same one everyday. So you may get bored after two days. One glitch we felt was that the Room heating was turned off at night. We were told that as per the rules of Rome city, all heaters are to be turned off between 12 and 5 in the night, even if the temperatures were sub zero. Hotel staff helped us with extra blankets after 2nd night. Slept in cold for two nights. we should have been told about this upon arrival. Otherwise a good place to stay and would recommend to anyone traveling to Roma if you are ok to stay a little on the other side of city but with good connectivity. Collapse

For a long time we have wished to visit Rome so decided to go there for our honeymoon. Our 1st choice was Hotel Delle Muse was unavailable for our dates, our travel agent offered us Hotel Delle Province assuming it was part of the same group so would be as good we booked. On approach to the hotel is rather non-descript from the outside we were unsure if we were on the correct street until we seen it. Once inside it was really quirky and that really appealed to us. Despite the hotel knowing we were on honeymoon our it had single beds and no balcony. The change was dealt with good grace, we were given room 206 one pictured on the website. We found it to be clean and well-presented with a balcony overlooking hotel entrance on the main road. Breakfast was served on the 6th floor. Most seating was indoor but a few table were provided on a roof terrace. Of course it was basic continental fare – meats & cheeses on (non-chilled) covered platters etc. and fresh honeycomb which Hubby adored. Word of warning avoid the egg & pancake machines unless you’re fond of rubber tasteless food. If you fancy toast be prepared for a long wait – only 1 domestic 2 slice toaster available and it takes forever. After a rather disturbed (lots of road noise) night we requested a quieter room. They offered us another room (junior suite?) on a higher floor costing an extra 15 euros per night so considering we only had 3 nights of our honeymoon left and wanted a quieter night, after being shown the alternative on the 4th floor we chose the upgrade. As we had an afternoon outing I asked if it was OK to complete the move later but “No it needed done straight away”. Understanding it might needed for new guests we hurriedly packed and moved to our new room. We were unable to operate the safe using the instructions supplied. Reception sent someone to show us how to work it, she too was unable to get it working. We were forced to leave our valuables locked in the cases or waste the day waiting for someone to come. It was later that evening before someone came to repair the safe. Next morning when we unlocked the cases to unpack that I realized that I had left some clothing hanging behind the bathroom door and that my small jewelry box was missing. After breakfast we reported this. Within moments of reception calling housekeeping, a lady appeared with my clothes but no jewelry box. When I inquired about it - they knew nothing about it and to check with the late shifts. We have traveled to many destinations and this is the first time we have suffered a theft. As a precaution I never take any valuable Jewelry on holiday and always use a safe but this time I took a silver opal bracelet given to me on our wedding day by my new husband and garnet pendant given to me on my birthday by my late Dad. I was very disappointed by the unhelpful attitude of the hotel staff, on our last night after being passed to all shifts I asked the lady receptionist which police station I needed to contact regarding my missing jewellery, all we got was a shrug of her shoulders and “I don’t know”. Because our taxi was late next morning we didn’t have enough time to find a police station to report the theft before leaving Rome. My one suggestion regarding our London themed room would be that a themed wardrobe behind the room door would be a useful addition as whilst there is loads of drawer storage the steamer trunk is not good for hanging long dresses etc. The hotel sent us email to review our stay which was returned 3.5 months ago, I am still awaiting a response from them to my comments. Because of the service at the hotel and the theft which spoiled our honeymoon memories we won’t be returning to this hotel nor could we recommend it to anyone else. Collapse
