I stayed at this hotel recently for a conference. Can't fault the facilities (nice room, nice restaurant, well-equipped meeting rooms), and the staff were very friendly and helpful (well above average). But... the one thing that really marred the stay were the noisy lifts. All day, and for much of the night, I had to endure this loud, very irritating whining noise every time a lift went up or down. It woke me up both mornings long before I wanted to wake up, and stopped me from being able to go back to sleep. And my room wasn't even next to the lifts, so asking to be moved would probably not have made much difference. Would I stay again? If they fix those lifts - gladly. Everything else was really good! Amazing staff, but an out-of-the-way location

Note that this is essentially an airport hotel. It is located in a very new neighbourhood with very few services nearby. There is a mall on the next block, and a fast food joint a few steps away, but that's basically it. That said, it is attached to Copenhagen Towers, and is very close to the metro system, which conveniently gets you downtown in about 15 minutes, so it's not completely isolated. The hotel itself is nice. Incredibly clean, with nice-sized rooms. Very little noise carried from one room to the next. The temperature seemed difficult to control, both in my hotel room and in meeting rooms, going from hot to cold with seemingly no logic. The room offered a nice selection of complimentary water bottles, coffee, teas and hot coco. My only issue was that it was mentioned the snack and room service menu was available on the TV, but all I could ever find was the dinner menu - no drinks or snacks. My only real surprise in the room was the comforter - I was not expecting two twin size comforters instead of a single king-sized one... but I gather this is quite common in Scandinavian countries, and probably useful for couples with a blanket stealer! The bathroom was a nice size, and well lit. My only issue there was that the glass shower "curtain" didn't seem to go far enough. If the shower was on strong enough for anything more than a rain shower, it sprayed into the room and drenched the floor. Clearly they planned for this, as there was a floor drain under the counter. The towers felt brand new and wonderfully fluffy. A robe was a nice surprise in a hotel of this caliber. The front desk and restaurant staff were outstanding. I have rarely received such good service from beginning to end of my stay. The included breakfast was also amazing. Can't think of a food I might have wanted that wasn't on offer. My only real complaint about this hotel is the "gym." Whereas the hotel looked brand new, the gym looks a few decades old. It's tiny, with limited equipment (not even free weights) and is incredibly small. There's no stretching mats or room for basic floor exercises. They do provide access to a larger gym at a mall down the road, but that just didn't fit into my tight business meeting schedule. Collapse

This is a nice hotel situated a little out of town. We found the location quiet and very convenient - it's around a 3 minute walk to tram stop, and a tram goes every few minutes 24/7 and takes about 10 minutes into the centre of town. There is also a large shopping mall next door. Good points about the hotel - well designed, modern, eco-friendly, quiet, very helpful reception staff who kindly accommodated a late check out, convenient shuttle bus to airport, excellent breakfast (mostly - see below), nice rooms with good view from high floors. Better value than staying in the town centre for the quality of the hotel. Points which could be improved: - We had room service and put the trays outside of our room when finished. No one came to collect them for almost 24 hours - the cleaners all walked past and ignored them (I imagine it's not their job to clear, but would have expected them to call someone). Eventually we had to ring down to ask for them to be removed. - The room wasn't 100% clean on our arrival (for example there were dirty marks on the duvet), and the duvets were very thin and could really be improved for a high quality hotel. - The bathroom flooded every time we had a shower which was not very convenient! I have seen other reviews have also commented on this where the shower is over the bath (as ours was). - On New Years Day breakfast hours were extended, but in the last hour there was almost no food and staff were very reluctant to replenish, which isn't good given the price of the breakfast. This was in contrast to the other days where there was loads of everything - better not to offer extended hours unless it is properly catered. Overall I would recommend this hotel, but a few small improvements could be made which would make it excellent. Collapse

Stayed here during trip to do contract work in exhibition hall. Although it meant a 15 min brisk walk In the mornings.the accomodation was very clean . Payed the extra for use of club suite.was well worth the extra.which wasnt a massive jump from just paying for a breakfast each day. You definately get your monies worth.between food and alcohol. The privacy of being able to go there was great aswell. Your rom access card is coded for access to suite aswell.no wanderers straying in. Used the restuarant adjacent some evenings aswell due to returning late. Food was of a decent standard. Only 4 stars as we didnt get time to use other faciities. Collapse
