We have just returned from a week at this wonderful hotel and had a fabulous time. The location is perfect and is right outside the entrance to the metro. We used this and yellow cans to get around. The metro is only £4 each for an unlimited day pass. This hotel was perfect for us, the staff are second to non and at a credit to the co rad. I can honestly say we didn’t meet a single member of staff who didn’t stop to smile, say hello, chat or welcome us back. Housekeeping is equally good. Coming back to a spotless tidy room is always a treat. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and so glad we did. The food was outstanding and what a choice. All tastes and nationality’s well and truly catered for. There was even an egg bar where a lovely man mad you an omlet with fillings of your choice. Delicious. Fill up on breakfast, you won’t need lunch then out for dinner . The pool area was beautiful and very relaxing. Loads of comfy sun beds too. Dubai was amazing we have seen and done loads. Thank you to all at the Conrad for making our stay and my 50th birthday so enjoyable . Collapse

We stayed at The Conrad for a week with family and enjoyed every minute. Check in was easy and we had 2 rooms on the 45 floor with view of the sea, we could see the QE2. We had a Large Executive room with the Lounge access which is a must, I’ve stayed in a few hotels with Executive/club access I must say this is one of the best I’ve encountered. Afternoon tea with sandwiches and little desserts and the evening was like a buffet with salads etc. You must take your hat off to the staff in the lounge especially Nipuni who has always a smile on her face and attends to your needs the staff remember your favourite drink and it would be on the table before you know it. The Buffet breakfast was ample to start the day and the staff there were also very attentive to your needs and always replenished your coffee for you. The pool area is a lush green oasis with plenty of sunbeds, shade and a lovely waterfall. Taxis are always available outside the hotel as they are at all Hotels in Dubai. We all agreed we would definitely return to The Conrad the staff there are a credit to them. Collapse

Bullet points: Pros: -Money goes far-however this is not exclusive to this property as this is the norm for Abu Dhabi and Dubai-big rooms -Transportation easy to access-taxi and train (uber picks up on side of hotel) -Staff very friendly (concierge, bellmen, housekeeping, room service) -Room service was good-mixed grill, lentil soup, even spaghetti -Gym nice and accessible 24 hours -20% off all spa services CONS: -Very busy-felt like Las Vegas -Lobby is very loud full of people-did not feel very upscale like a St Regis -Not a great hotel for families -Do not cater towards kids -Poor management-Ehab- not very helpful in solving issue -Executive lounge not worth upgrade-their idea of food consists of hard cookies, tasteless brownies, fruit (watermelon, cantaloupe, melon, pineapple)-have had much better experiences at the Raffles or Ritz -Payed for executive lounge- however could not use daily between 6-8 because they were serving alcohol during this time and kids not allowed -Stayed in suite and although spacious needs a tremendous amount of maintenance-carpets need redone, furniture old and smelly, fixtures cheap, fixtures breaking off walls If you stay in nice upscale places and like that quality and personal service this is not the place. If you're here on business then this is worth the value. If you're hanging with friends then again worth the value. If you're a family find another place Verdict for me. This was a mistake. Too many options in Dubai to make a mistake like this Collapse

great business hotel just minutes from Business center and metro Station. Conrad is always TOP Hilton brand hotel. People are so nice and always ready to help. Location is great Dubai Mall, Beach, wafi mall, ... Rooms are very nice and super clean. Only the bars located in the hotel were quite empty. you can get here directly from DXB airport terminal . big clean rooms and very good breakfast buffet. beds have various density pillows, rain shower and bath tub. 1 pool for doing laps is separated by wall from pool for lounging. It was my pleasure to stay again at the Conrad either side of my journey to the UK in March. From the moment I walked into the foyer I felt so very 'at home'. The same charming welcome from all staff whom I encountered. Easy check-in, pleasant conversation, no hassles....even though it was super early in the morning...After a cup of coffee and a chat with dear friends Genee and Alaa at Ballaro, a message was phoned through that my room was ready. Imagine my absolute delight when opening the door to be confronted with a suite! So thrilled and spoilt! As usual the standard of cleanliness and attention to detail was exemplary. I was in love with my bathroom! And the other rooms! The Executive Lounge was continuing to offer imaginative and varied treats for afternoon tea and evening service. When a table full of loud business men became too much, I was able to move to the soft lounges and stare out at the amazing skyline, all lit up. At other times of the day (breakfast and afternoon tea time) the peace and tranquility are so very welcome. It was great to reconnect with Andie and to meet Edward who was a most attentive waiter. I wish I could remember the name of the female manager there....begins with an N...her intuitive supervision is to be commended. My bed was soft and inviting with a firm mattress and a good night's sleep was guaranteed. The Puro Beach area was popular but a bit too cool for swimming. Attentive staff there were always at hand. I arrive again later this week and am so looking forward to 'Coming home' again! Collapse
