Arriving late in the evening reminded me of some of the more out there scenes from Appocalypse Now. Masses of Adults and Children running from venue to venue as if they had no one in charge. A superb place for children who want to be on one of the many pools etc. A fantastic place for adults who wish to laugh at some of the worst tattoos ever seen in public. The food is remarkably good the the lining up is massively frustrating but unavoidable due to the very nature of the place. Loud annoying children who are in a majority have obviously been brought by their equally irritating families ( highlighting there is nothing quite as embarrassing as the British holiday maker). Bring mosquito spray and a thick skin and enjoy an excellent child centred holiday. Use the free busses to the beech and the Port (It's not a port it's just a place to drink and eat) to escape the club and you'll be onto a winner. The Hydro Park is across the road and free so you can dip in and out to get food back at the hotel. The Spar shop across the road is close and cheaper than the hotel. As for the Pirates Show....... I being forced to this tonight......£250 for a family of 4 it better be good.......i suspect not though. Enjoy Collapse

Club Mac is huge, counted 1200 balconies over the 3 buildings, lots if pools, unfortunately some are shaded for big parts of the day, but those pools are generally quieter and sin beds available after 8.30! The place was clean and staff where friendly.as the resort was big the kids got their freedom to play with pals in the knowledge they where safe in the complex. Breakfast and lunch in the buffet restaurant had lots of choices for everyone with fresh cooked food, for breakfast, be in the restaurant before 9am or expect to que up. Tea unfortunately was to similar to lunch so we opted to eat out for tea. Lots of entertainment for the families especially at night, but again if you never got a seat early then you had no chance. The down side with the place was as it was so busy you always had to que, que for food, que for drinks, if more self service on juice and beer then would have took pressure of the hard working staff. Access to the hydro Park was included and kids loved it, the hotel also ran free buses to the beach during the day and port at night. But both walkable in 20-30mins. ESA soccer academy also has a tie in with the hotel and if you have footy mad kids, get them booked onto the academy experience. One recommendations I would make to hotel is to have a proper kids club for those not booked in with a travel company, kids activities on offer from hotel gad to have parent supervision. Over all as a family holiday, kids had a great time, for adults hmmm, if you like a que this place is for you. Collapse

We arrived on Friday 4th August, yes we had read lots of reviews on trip advisor and on the Facebook page so we went with an open mind. As we got off the bus and walked through to reception I remember thinking oh my goodness what have we booked as it was very busy, noisy and a huge area of people. Check in was quick and easy, we took our number and was seen straight away! Reception was very friendly and helpful, we were able to go to our room straight away. We were in Jupiter on the 8th floor, so yes we had to use the lifts and we realised how slow they were and busy but we got used to that over the week, we had a standard room as we booked this holiday as a late deal, room was fine, clean, air conditioned worked as at this time Alcudia was having a heat wave. Lunch we ate in Jupiter restaurant and it was very busy, lots of people, children trying to get food. The food all week was good not one time over the week did we struggle to find something to eat in the restaurants, as the week went on we ate in Marte or saturno restaurant as these were a lot quieter and calmer. I do wish though that families would read the notices around the restaurants saying not to let young children help themselves to the food and drinks. The hotel and pool areas are really well catered for the children, my 2 loved the pool, but they do need to invest in UMBRELLAS around the pool to help with shade, yes I know you can hire them but at most all inclusive they are around the pool know matter what!! We loved going to the water park, and yes they have umbrellas and you do have to pay for the beds but you can keep them all day, little tip if you go after 2pm the beds are free, and you will need to wear shoes as the floor gets red hot. The free bus to the beach and port are an added bonus and run regularly in the day and evening. The beach is beautiful water is shallow, and you can hire beds that come with a safety deposit box so you know everything can be locked away. We also went on the road train around the resort, the stop is outside the hotel and its a good way to see more of the resort. As a family we had a great time we only stayed for a week and probably could have done a few more days, as we were leaving the night before we did have very noisy neighbours and the whole hotel seemed busier , would we go back yes probably. I was very happy of how my latest holiday to Club Mac went as me and family had a great time. It's been our 8th visit there. All the staff were really nice to me and we got on well, especially Virginia who works behind the bar, she is really friendly and easy to get along with. Overall it is a very good holiday destination and I would recommend this holiday to anyone looking for ideas of where to go on holiday. Collapse

We stayed at Jupiter hotel with the kids. Everywhere in the hotel was incredibly busy and kids left to run riot in the restaurant licking serving spoons. Kids club was not the best organised. Guest house didn't seem informed about anything. We had a premier room but the balcony was so small that it could fit no more than two of us at a time. No light on the balcony either and as the kids bankbeds were in the same room with ours couldn't enjoy any reading at the balcony or in their room after their bed time. A lot of people and unfortunately a lot of sick people with instances of vomiting in the pool and in the restaurant. The first three days were not too bad but then we caught the bug and spent days in the hotel room trying to recover. On the good side, the food was quite tasty and the restaurant staff incredibly polite and nice. The hotel did disinfect the pool where the incident happened. Collapse
