We stayed at Bussy Saint Georges in a hotel called Campanile. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist who explained everything so therefore we had no questions to ask. When we entered our hotel room it smelt fresh and clean. It was very spacious for the 2 of us and a very comfortable room. Bathroom was very clean and the shower was nice and powerful - however they needed a bigger shower door because a big puddle of water would always end up on the floor. That was the only negative thing about our hotel. We felt very safe and the large gates to the hotel got locked after a certain time at night to ensure safety. We were a 6 minute walk to the local train station, McDonald's and a supermarket. Collapse

This was not our first time at this hotel as we are frequent travellers to Disneyland Paris. This place offers great rates and for what you pay, you get a lot. Rooms are cleaned every day and reception people are always ready to help and they are so polite. RER A that takes you straight to Disneyland is a lovely 5 minute walk away and there is a Brasserie that sells delicious French snacks and cakes just next to it. Another bonus is the supermarket next to the train station. Tip...instead of getting individual one way train tickets get the Navigo. With 22 Euros a week you have unlimited travel to all zones including central Paris and airport and all means of transport can be used. You just need a passport photo to apply and unlike before you can start using them right on the day you get them Collapse

The 10-minute walk to the train station was well lit, which is a plus when returning late at night. - Shower was tinny, bathroom was not the cleanest I've been in. No hand towels or a bath mat. Think ibis budget when thinking about this hotel's facilities. Collapse

Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Disneyland Paris. It's a 10 minute walk from the station (2 stops to Disney). The room was small but clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and the buffet breakfast was good. All in all it was much cheaper than staying in a Disney hotel and it was pleasant to escape to somewhere quieter and less commercial. Collapse

Travelled as small school party including students with disabilities. Hotel was fine -modern, clean and tidy. Convenient for EuroDisney (9 miles away). Breakfast was pleasant although a little limited (had to ask for gluten free bread but this was provided each morning by the restaurant next door). Bathrooms are clean and simple with a step up into them apart from the accessible room. Quadruple rooms are tiny, twin rooms adequate, double room was spacious. Staff were friendly and on the whole, helpful when asked. Wheelchair accessible but not for someone needing hoisting or with no use of their legs. Some rooms overlook a noisy road junction but air conditioning means you could close the windows overnight but still be cool. Collapse

This is a lengthy review due to serious issues and complaints - be warned if travelling with young kids or are someone who likes to feel safe in your hotel room!! We have just returned from what should have been a very special holiday but turned out to be far from it due to our experience at the Premiere Classe Marne-la-Vallée. Firstly, upon arrival at our room we were shocked to discover that the bunk bed over the double bed which should have been for our child (aged 4) to sleep in stated on it that it was not suitable for children aged 0-6. When I went back to reception to query this is was told 'that is what you booked', 'you booked a triple room through booking.com'. My response was that of course I had as there was 3 of us that's why I booked a triple room, at no point was it mentioned on the hotel or booking.com websites that these beds weren't for use by under 6 year olds. I was continually told that if I didn't want a room with a high bunk I should have booked for 4 people - how would I know to do this when there is no information on the age restrictions of the bunk bed. Also, I had noted on my booking that I would like a room without the bunk bed as my son was only 4 but there was no record of this being passed to the hotel. Basically it ended with me being told 'tough that's what you booked!' Our issues got worse on night 2 when trying to get to sleep with the amount of noise through the paper thin walls, suddenly the adjoining door between our room and the room next door opened and a child appeared in our room! When I went to reception in my pj's to raise this issue I was advised that 'it cant happen'. I continually advised the 2 male staff member that it had happened, they continually told me it couldn't have until eventually, after much insisting on my part, one of the staff members chapped the room next door to 'check what i was saying' as they 'didn't not believe it' to which the other guests confirmed that they had opened the door as they believed it was the toilet. The member of staff seemed to take this as a valid answer and that was the end of the matter and he simply told me 'they thought it was the toilet' and walked off. At no point was any apology offered for not believing me and basically saying that I was lying! Likewise nothing was done about the matter either, next door were simply told not to do it again! This really made the bed situation insignificant as neither myself or my husband were able to settle and sleep for the next 3 nights for worry that someone can come into our room. I feel this is disgraceful and regardless of how 'budget' a hotel is, customers should feel safe and secure in there own room which we most certainly didn't. This ruined what should have been a fantastic holiday for our family - the matter has been made worse as I have now lodged a complaint with booking.com who have contacted the hotel and the response is that I did not raise any issues during my stay (lie) so they aren't willing to do anything and booking.com are taking this as a sufficient answer! Will NEVER use booking.com again, or stay at this chain of hotel. Collapse
