This hotel is in a great location for the park beach shops bars and restaurants , the hotel is very clean ,rooms are basic but has everything you need . Bathroom has a great size bath ,shower, hairdryer provided .Rooms were cleaned everyday . Hotel can be noisy in the early hours as there is no one asking guests to keep it down when returning from the nightlife. Staff are lovely ,friendly and very helpful ,you are not allowed inflatables in the pool yet we were given a lilo as a childs prize at bingo figure that one out. Food was good breakfast not much choice but you wont go hungry evening meals were good but not warm enough didnt do lunch as we were only half board ,they could do with a childrens section with basic things like nuggets beans fish fingers for little fussy eaters. You can hire a tv remote for 10 euros for the week refundable the only problem is they dont tell you you dont get any english channels so thats a waste of time but all in all i would stay here again none of my negative points would put me off returning Collapse

Returned from this Hotel on 11 May, overall good value for money, a large place, very helpful staff, particularly Carlos the Chef, we are both Gluten Free due to Coeliac Disease, he went out of his way to help. Excellent choice of food, very clean rooms, near to Bus Routes to Barcelona etc, beware of the Railways, attempted to go to Sitges, and wound up in Barcelona, despite assurances we were on a train which stopped at Sitges. It didn't and we wasted 8 hours on trains getting back to Salou. Now, the negative impact, NOISE, we had a poolside room, and starting on 10 May, all night until 5.30 am, EDM (electronic dance music) at full blast from the car park/nightclub opposite the pool. My partner had ZERO sleep, at breakfast, numerous teens appeared, one looking like a zombie, the others exhausted. We have no idea if this occurs regularly, BUT with children or those who sleep lightly DO be aware, the noise was incredible. With that one exception, rate the Hotel as good to excellent. Collapse

Stayed here for 11 nights in June and had a lovely time. Never struggled to find sunbeds, the pools are big however are very cold at times! Good selection of food there was something different every night. Room was spacious and the balcony was a decent size and very clean. Close to the center of the resort and there are lots of bars and restaurants in the resort itself. We did hear a few people complaining about the noise coming from the nightclub next door however we were on the opposite side of the hotel so we never experienced this. Great for families and couples. Collapse

On arrival: Took a while to get checked in (around 20-25 minutes) as there was a bit of a language barrier between us and the reception, this wasn't too much of a problem. Had a male receptionist who did everything he could to make sure that we were set for our holiday and had everything we needed. Staff:Cleaning staff/maids were friendly and always said hello as you passed. Receptionists varied with some who were nice and some who didn't really care. Chef's seemed very nice and asked if everything was okay and all of the staff working in the restaurant were cheery and engaged in conversation. Bedroom: Clean and airy. The rooms were cleaned everyday to a good standard and left feeling fresh. Maids were polite and always asked before cleaning rooms if you were in there. There was enough space and the beds were quite comfortable. The TV wasn't very good as there was only a couple of English channels but we didn't spend much time watching it anyway. Bathrooms were hygienic. Food: Food was sometimes only luke-warm but this was only sometimes. Quite a large range of choice especially at breakfast. Nothing to complain about, something for everyone and i managed to find something even though i'm quite a fussy eater. Pool and outdoor area: Very clean. Pool was the cleanest i have seen after my past choice of hotels. There was always sunbeds and they were also neatly stacked and easy to get. The outside food shack had quick service and the staff were very friendly. Overall: I felt very safe and comfortable here. This review in from my holiday in May 2017 and i was excited to book to go back again in June 2018. Recommended for small families and adults. Collapse
