Came back here for the second year running. The hotel and staff are lovely. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The hotel is located on Myslíkova, which is central to the old and new towns. The trams all around make it very easy to access most everywhere you want to go. There are restaurants also on Myslíkova. Shopping mall with Tesco is just around the corner and a small Albert supermarket the other way, opposite the park (both within walking distance) as well as the subway station Národní třída (B line). Breakfast is ok but is very much the same everyday, alternating with smoked and unsmoked cheese although cooked food differs each day. Cakes seem to form a big part of breakfast. There are many cereals to choose from, fresh fruit, juice, cheese, meat etc and GF bread can be provided if you ask. Our room was quite noisy as it overlooked the terrace/smoking area. Often people would out there til the bar closed at midnight and staff would be out there early in the morning. Collapse

Good value for money and Excellent location The hotel is within walking distance of all the city's main sights. Old Town Center is a 20-minute walk away Charles Bridge is a 10-minute walk away. Rooms are large and well equipped with antique furniture. Breakfast is definitely enough. Too bad there is not enough variety of vegetables and cheeses. The shower is large but not clean enough. The hotel employees are courteous. Collapse

We were never meant to stay here, we certainly had not booked but thankfully the Hotel Caesar staff came to our rescue! My daughter and I were booked to go to the Best Western central Moran , but after arriving found that there were stairs to get into the hotel and no disabled facilities so the company phoned around and thankfully found the hotel Caesar for us. I should even though I can walk short distances due to arthritis I use a mobility scooter. I think they must be quite a new thing I never saw another the whole I have been here. Anyway the staff just couldn’t be more helpful, they went above and beyond what I could have wished for. The disabled room was on the ground floor, vast, light, airy and warm. Plenty of room for my scooter. The bathroom has a walk in shower with a chair if needed. A disabled toilet and bidet. The difference between a good and great hotel are the small differences, reception staff saying good morning and using my name, checking to see if a taxi was needed, putting the wee ramp at the front step for me to use, just wonderful!! If you are in a wheelchair user, and looking to come to Prague this is the hotel for you, close to all the attractions. I should say Prague is not geared up for disabled visitors, there are a far to many places, attractions and churches which are non accessible. I know the city is very old but they need to take on board what disabled access has been achieved in Rome for example to enable a far greater amount of less mobile visitors to feel included and enjoy the gorgeous sights Prague has to offer. The hotel Caesar are doing their bit, and rightly so, there is a whole new market out there of disabled travellers with money in their pockets. If only others would follow, wee wooden portable ramps, so many more shops could be entered and money spent without to much outlay. Money well spent I believe. Collapse
