Have to be honest I was scepticle as it was a little away from normal holiday amenities you would be used to, HOWEVER, could'nt have been more wrong. Firstly, overall cleanliness, politeness of staff, general layout, swimming pool, food was brilliant. We stayed as a young family in the last 2 weeks and we thouroughly enjoyed ourselves. Take the total number of people that could stay there and add 50% of sunbeds again. In 11 days we never fought for a sunbed ever! Wifi can be purchase for:- 1 Day - €6 3 Days - €12 1 Week - €18 Room safe at €2 per day with €10 deposit for safe key which you get back on return of key and receipt you are given. Try to charge you €10 to rent remote control for TV. Do'nt bother, there's a button underneath TV surround bottom right hand corner. Press it to turn on, rock button left to right for volume, front to back to change chanels. Also TV's have USB and HDMI ports in the rear in case you have external hard drive with films etc for little ones (or big ones). Top tips:- 1. Stay away from Playa Del Ingles. By day it's a quiet and ok place, by night it's definitely not for families or faint hearted. 2. Five Euros each way gets you a taxi to Faro De Maspelomas. Taxi's congregate outside the bungalows at 8pm (before this time ring the number in multiple langauges on the board at the taxi rank). Taxi takes you the promenade near the lighthouse and this is where you get return taxis from also. 3. It ain't expensive, but likewise it ain't cheap either to eat out. If you've come for all day English breakfast and everything British with a pint of Carling, Faro De Maspelomas is not for you. This is multiculture land, and if the Spanish eat and drink here then it must be good. 4. Here you will also find Misbah which is a seriously decent Indian restaurant with a big emphasis on seriously on seriously. This is'nt your normal tourist holidaymaker curry house. This place is fresh food, cooked to order and owned by a guy from the UK who's mother has recently been out to vett and tweak the menu as he put it. 5. Hired a car for the 11 days duration which, knowing what I know now, we did'nt really need for the full time but was nice to have the flexibility. Supermarket is close by with one on site aswell. We will unlikely visit this accomodation or Gran Canaria again. This is not to say there's anything negative, just that there's other places in the world to visit. On the whole staying here, and in particular this area of Gran Canaria you will have a great time. Collapse

We loved Duna Golf! This accommodation was relaxed, quiet and really family orientated. The accommodation is ok, we were self catering and only ate in a couple of nights but the bungalow had everything we needed. Bedding is a bit past it's best and worth hiring a fan as very hot in the night. The location is away from the main strips of bars and restaurants which suited us perfectly. Pool area was amazing - plenty of chairs and loungers. Lifeguard on duty between 11am and 7pm - they were quite strict regarding floats etc but pool available before and after those times as well. Staff were always friendly and helpful, cleaning done pretty much everyday (think Sunday's and Wednesday were their days off). Easy to get to places as very frequent taxis or staff would call one. Bar closes at 10 every night, restaurant was good for breakfast-€8 for adults and €4 for children - wide choice of food. Very cheap to use the taxis - journey to beach @€4.50 / Aqua Land about €6. We got a taxi to and from the Lidl store in Maspalomas which was very well stocked and inexpensive. So in summary - great pool setting, lovely Family feel. Excellent value for money. Not for you if you want constant neon lights, loud music, drunk people and fried food! Collapse

I have just returned back from a weeks stay here and really want to share mine and my groups view on this holiday. We were a group of 10 all couples aged between 40-60.The accommodation was basic, but spacious and had everything we needed, apart from a kettle so I would recommend taking one of these. You do get single beds but this was not a problem for our group. The Villas were set out very well in a beautiful surrounding which was all kept in immaculate condition. The cleaners came round every day and were very thorough. The pool area was beautiful and the facilities were all very good. We were concerned about the restaurant as this had received poor reviews but we ate breakfast lunch and dinner there and have no complaints. Yes it was not the best dinner menu I have ever had, but they are offering a basic menu at an average cost and the quality was good. We found the staff to be very friendly, and especially our bar man Manu who offered us exceptional service. The bungalows are a bit out of the way but you could walk to the shops in 15 mins and the beach was only a £5 euro taxi ride or a £1.50 bus fare away. We liked the tranquility of our location. Overall for the price we paid per couple we all agreed that we would certainly return again Collapse
