Some of the facilities are great and some not so great! Some of the staff are great and some not so great. The hotel has public areas that are bright and clean . It has some staff, reception and cleaners who are pleasant and friendly and others that are not, therefore looking at any review the opinions will depend on how things were on the day. However the one constant that is a let down is the parking. It is off site and you have to drive along a winding road behind the hotel. Then stop and open the gate which is advertised as locked and one pays a 10 Euro deposit for a key and another key to get into the back gate of the hotel. There are limited spaces and i would imagine in summer it is a nightmare. I was there in February and could not find a space on one evening. Then you leave the 'field' and have to walk a hundred yards or so to the back gate of the hotel. For the four nights I was there neither parking gate nor hotel gate was locked. There are no lights and the path down to the hotel is steep, One night it was raining and it was slippery and someone fell. I don't know if they were hurt as I was not part of their party. Entering the hotel it is a WARREN and two lifts in different directions to get to my second floor room. How it is with children or wheelchairs i cant imagine. You cannot check out and get your deposit until you have removed your car from the parking. it is necessary to keep the keys , just in case the gates are locked, and drive back to the front of the hotel to return them and check out. As a single traveler I could find no where to park . There is NO parking in front of the hotel it is a Bus Stop. There is a little space either side of the bus stop markings but every time i entered or left the hotel they were occupied. Impossible in my opinion and as i had a hire car and was very conscious of potential theft or damage it was not ideal. There is very limited street parking nearby to use whilst checking out. The other problem was the bedroom door lock. Magnetic card that did not work. The first time i went to reception to explain the girl said i must have had it next to my mobile phone. I was not sure so accepted it was possible. She gave me a new one and it worked. Second time it didn't work i went back and told them i had not had it next to my phone. She sent another receptionist with a master key and that did not work for the first few times of trying. Then it worked and she said it must be the battery in the door lock. She would arrange for it to be replaced. Next night it did not work again . I complained and was told it was fixed I very rarely give any negative review but I do feel that older people, people with children and limited mobility will find the parking a real issue and up and down to reception if the door lock doesn't work. . There is a fridge in the room but not adjustable. I bought a bottle of wine and it was frozen and the fridge hummed all night. Collapse

I visited in February and when I arrived, the hotel was almost empty. As I left, a week later, it was almost full. The vast majority of guests were German. A few French and one or two English. The hotel itself is fantastic. Spotlessly clean with very good facilities. The staff were amazing! So friendly, polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The food provided, I was on half board, was equally amazing. So much choice, all very fresh and cooked perfectly. All tastes were catered for, so no one will struggle to find something delicious to eat. The choice at breakfast and dinner, was simply huge! The spa downstairs provided a welcome respite from the bad weather while I was there. My trip would have been a lot less enjoyable if it hadn’t been there to enjoy. The only down side, was that when the hotel filled up, it became very difficult to find a table to dine at, due to the large numbers of tables reserved in advance for German guests. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay. Collapse

Booked this hotel via their website which was cheaper and simple. Transfer from airport was easy.... Easy check in pleasant staff nice quiet room over the other side of hotel , bit of a walk however i had known this when booking and was so much quieter on a night time than being in main hotel block . We visited in October and was very quiet mainly older guests , not many children, so not noisy around pool etc . Pool was an ok size however didnt use this as water was so cold . Indoor pool was a nice option , Food was nice , All inclusive package was as expected Plenty to do around the area . Weather was hotter than expected . Would i return -yes i would . Collapse

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights from the 20th October. Nice and easy check in. Our room was a fair walk but we knew this as we had booked this room. Got to say though, the view from our balcony was gorgeous. The food was nice, although it did seem to be more orientated towards the German guests, but this wasn't a problem for us. We found the whole hotel to be lovely and quiet. This was obviously due to the time of year, but still made for a relaxing stay (no racing for sunbeds). The indoor pool made for a really nice swim after breakfast, and if the weather isn't to great. One negative....maybe give the 'entertainment' a miss!! There is plenty to do out and about. Loads of restaurants, catering for all tastes. All in all we both found this hotel and its staff to be nice and accommodating. We would definitely visit here again. Collapse
