Atlantic Park is a very nice hotel, well situated (5 mins walk to beach) and extremely clean and tidy and very well presented. Food is great, with plenty of choice on offer in the restaurant as well as the snack bar which the kids loved. The restaurant itself is spotlessly clean and the waiting staff work very hard and are all very polite and helpful. The pool area and Sun terrace is again very clean and is an absolute credit to the guy who works tirelessly to keep it all so immaculate, lots of sunbeds too with no need to get up at silly hours to reserve one. A special mention must go to the animation team of Tony, Morini, Clara and Roos who work hard to keep everyone entertained day and night, they do a great job and are all lovely people especially Roos (Rose) who is wonderful, she is always smiling and happy and spends time with everyone, the kids absolutely loved her and were in tears when we left, we all miss her terribly. Only two slight negatives to mention are that it can be a bit noisy when the young ones come back in during the early hours, although they have Benson the security guy on patrol, he finishes at around 4pm which is just when people are coming in so he needs his hours changed to say on for 2 more hours. The other one is that the bar staff can be a little grumpy at times, especially when serving the kids. This maybe due to working long hours but needs to be addressed as it is letting the Hotel down slightly, we heard lots of others complaining about it while we were there. All in all we had an amazing holiday and we are already thinking of returning next year Collapse

Took my wife and two sons aged 6 & 3 in August 2017 and found the hotel to be excellent throughout. The hotel was very clean and family oriented and the standard and selection of food was superb. We stayed on the 6th floor and found the hotel to be quiet, you can not hear Magaluf nightlife for example. I found the staff happy to help with anything they could and reception to have lots of info and offers for trips to water parks, marine land etc. Only two negatives really were two of the pool bar staff who didn't manage a smile in two weeks and the lock on the bathroom door which locked with nobody in the bathroom? This was fixed by a paper clip provided by reception and some handle wiggling but not great when your with young kids. Collapse

We have just had an amazing holiday at Atlantic Park. There is not one bad thing you can say about this hotel. The pool is really big, warm and clean with a deep end and a shallow end, plus a baby pool where our 5 year old learnt to swim! There is plenty of sun loungers and the bar staff work really hard to keep the pool and bar area clean. Some reviews say the bar staff can be grumpy but we just found that they worked really hard, often waitering in the restaurant and then working on the bar, if you have a smile for them and are kind to them you can have a good bit of banter with them. Isobel in the restaurant was so nice and friendly and I was surprised how good the English was of all the staff. The entertainment team were ace with the kids and chatty to the adults too. The food at this hotel was the best I have ever had abroad, every meal was delicious, we had steak, salmon, loads of choice of meats and fish, fresh salads every day etc. And it was nice to have real Bacardi on the all inclusive and Old English Cider! And you could keep your wrist band after you checked out! I have never returned to the same hotel before but we are already talking about booking Atlantic Park for next year! Would definitely recommend this hotel :) Thank you Atlantic Park Hotel Collapse

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. On arrival we had a great welcome in a beautiful foyer. I went for an all inclusive package as it was a girls trip and wanted pre-drinks before partying. They had a good selection of drinks on the outside bar which overlooks 2 pools. There was entertainment every night especially for kids. This is a great place to stay with a family. It's around a 10-15min walk from the strip where all the party life is. So this hotel is perfect for a good nights sleep. The cleaners come around every morning. They were all polite and greeted us with a ola and a smile. The cleanliness of the rooms is great. The breakfast in the morning was also great. A good selection from cooked food to fruit if nothing else takes your fancy. Lunch and dinner was also nice although because I'm not up for trying new things it became a bit repetitive for me. There is a great selection though so I'm sure you will find something you enjoy. I also witnessed some staff eating from the buffet which gives me confidence in the quality of the food. If their own employees are willing to eat there that says a lot. Also when the buffet is closed there is a snack bar that opens for food such as pizza, nuggets, chips etc. As we was all inclusive all this was free so we could literally eat and drink all day if we wanted to lol. The tables outside were also cleaned regular with the bar staff constantly collecting empty glasses. The pool areas were clean and it was a great place to just relax on the sun loungers and take in the Spanish weather. Another bonus they also had free WiFi. Everything about this hotel was great. No complaints at all from me or my friends. Collapse

My daughter and her boyfriend stayed at this hotel for a week in July. They were on their first holiday together as they were only 17. My daughter has coeliac disease and has researched the fact that this hotel would be able to cater for her gluten deee requirements. She had emailed the hotel twice and was told yes they would cater for her and what to do when she got there, she was happy. She and her boyfriend had paid £600 each all inclusive so that she could eat and drink safely and enjoy. The morning after they arrived they went to see the reception to let them know that she was the one who's emailed and to find out what to do next. NO ONE knew what to do next, she was past from one person to another, nobody had a sufficient amount of understanding or communication, being young they were fobbed off and had to eat out . The following day was the same but was eventually told that they could send out for some pasta. Pasta for a week! No bread not anything that other Spanish hotels provide. After another theee days of taxis back and fore to places she could eat that had to cut the holiday short and pay extra to fly home two days early. Obviously I emailed the hotel who sent me a quote curt reply which was totally untrue, they even stated that the manager has spoken to my daughter and she's never met him. So would I recommend this hotel? Absolutely not . Collapse
