We stayed here for 4 nights during our city break visiting Disneyland and Paris. Easy check in, clean room. You have everything you need to.cook for yourself, just like at home( pot, pan, plates, cups and glasses, cutlery). Hotel is well situated within minutes walking distance to shops, restaurants, Val.D'europe shopping centre and train station (one stop away from Disneyland parks and about 40 minutes for Paris central). Trains run frequently until late evening in both directions (Disney or Paris). Very polite and helpful staff at reception, they printed me the Louvre tickets I booked online, gave great advice regarding places around. A huge thanks to reception staff for allowing us to stay in the room.and.have a late check-out because my daughter had a heat stroke and was not feeling well. Many thanks Zoe for.making my daughter smile with her Mickey mouse drawing! We had a great time here. My only negative remark would be that during our stay nobody came to clean the room, change towels and empty the rubbish at least once. Collapse

I stayed here in April 2018 with my partner for 4 nights. We chose this hotel as a cheaper alternative to staying at Disneyland, and also the location sold it for us. It is about a 5-10 min walk to the nearest RER station, and one stop away from Disneyland. It is also less than a 5 mins walk to the Val D’Europe mall which is huge. We had a studio apartment which included two single beds pushed together, a sofa bed, kitchenette, dining area and bathroom. It included a kettle with tea, coffee etc as well as toiletries in the bathroom. The room was pretty basic but had everything you need for a base. Some tips would be to bear in mind that the maid service is not everyday, we did not have a maid come into our room at all for 4 nights. You can pay for a basic clean or a more in depth clean which I didn’t realise until near the end of our stay. Another tip is to have a look at the list in reception of the extras available to request for free for your room. This includes a hairdryer which I found useful to know! We stayed when it was quite an unusually hot week in Paris (around 27c most days) and the bedroom was very warm with no air con. We cooled the room down by opening the windows but it did get quite loud in the mornings with nearby businesses operating. Just something to bare in mind if you are staying when it is hot. Overall this is a great place to stay if location is important and you just want a basic but clean base. I would recommend and stay again, however next time we would probably get a basic maid clean now we know about it. Collapse

Hotel was in a great location. Only a couple of minutes walk from the RER. One stop away from Disney and only a short ride to central Paris. Massive supermarket located in the shopping centre just down the road. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with most speaking English. One arrival we were given a double room with two single beds that had no safe. We went back to reception and asked about the missing safe and we instantly moved to a different room this time with a double bed which we wanted. Although the bed was actually two singles pushed together that kept drifting apart. Although the kitchenette is small it was perfect for staying only a few nights and contained all the things we could need. If traveling from Gare du Norde be carefrul when purchasing RER tickets as the ones you purchase through machines at the station only cover zone 1 and the hotel is in Zone 5. A Navigo travel card can be bought for £27.80 that covers travel for all 5 zones from Monday to Sunday. So perfect if your staying for a week. For the pass you need a mini photo that you stick to a special box on the card. Collapse

The best thing about this place is the location. Only 2-3 minutes walk to a mall (with a good, cheap supermarket & McDonald’s in it), 2 minute walk to a lovely pizzeria and the train station which is a 5 minute journey to Disney for €1.90! Only downside to the location, is that we were opposite a school... we couldn’t open the curtains because we could see in the classrooms and they could see in our room, lack of privacy... but I guess we weren’t in there much! Staff were friendly and welcoming, a bit uncomfortable knowing that there was no one there from 8pm-8am... if you had any issues, you were stuck until the morning! Beds were comfy, but I recommend bringing your own pillow, these are hard as rocks! The cleanliness was ok, still a few issues... the toilet was by far the worst! No cleaners either so you have the same towels all week! Overall, great for location! But I would not stay here again, I’d rather pay a bit more for a nicer hotel. Collapse
