we stayed in 1 bed studio apartment no 367 in flora 2 area of thb flora. It was on the other side of the road of reception. Access to flora 2 is via the zebra crossing on road or the little underground walkthrough tunnel which I quiet liked. Careful on zebra crossings as not all cars stop! Flora 2 apartments are located in a square around quite a large swimming pool and the area gets sun all around, large umbrellas for shade and always plenty of beds available. The pool is not heated which would have been a bonus but not a major issue. Flora 2 area is quieter area around the pool, less familys more couples or small groups. Any children in this area that i saw were well behaved. Some more apartments going down the little hill from the pool towards flora 1 were more families and little bit noisier but still not an issue. Our apartment had a sofa bed which was comfy and plenty big enough for us to both sit on. As a bed it is in 2 halves which slid apart and not really made for anyone taller than 5ft 3 ish. I'd recommend tying the two halves together with some rope or something to stop them slipping apart. The apartment was clean and had a tv in the front room and the bedroom. Not many english channels but we didnt come to watch tv anyway. No charge for the remotes or to use the safe which was also located in the bedroom. Small kitchen table with 4 chairs, kitchenette with microwave, fridge, little hob and some kitchen utensils and plates etc. Long mirror also. No ant problems until the other half left a bit of juice spilt on the side and a few ants came out but once we made sure the area was always clean of food or drink it was always fine. Nice bathroom. Big shower only but again wasnt a problem, who has baths on holiday!? Fixed hairdryer on the wall however lead was a bit short so ended up drying my hair stood quite close to the wall. Plugs in bathroom for straightener or whatever. Another long mirror in the hall. Bedroom had large sliding door wardrobe with hangers and shelves. Beds were 2 metal frame beds pushed together. The mattresses were comfy enough for me and the other half however the did keep moving making the gap between bigger. Not ideal for romantic relationships!! Maybe tying the beds together would help? One long pillow on each bed but I asked reception for an extra one and it wasn't a prob. Cleaners don't work on Fridays and Monday's so don't expect clean towels, bins emptied or more loo roll on Tuesday's and Saturdays. We didn't use an iron but I believe there is a refundable deposit of 5 or 10 euros to lend one from reception. Flora 1 is where the other apartments are and the other pool is based. Also the canteen, reception, mini supermarket shop, small souvenir shop, bar, and a little room with massage bed that is the beauty salon is all based. Also a pool table and air hockey table This area is more busy, fair few children running about and having fun in the pool area. Canteen is big enough and is clean and bright. Breakfast is the standard streaky bacon, beans, omelettes, scrambled eggs, and hotdog type sausages most mornings, think we got normal sausages one morning. All a bit school dinner type but good enough to set you on your way. Also choice of croissants, cereals, cheese and ham, breads, etc. Dinner is fairly same quality but still a choice of 3 or 4 different things. Evening meals are better quality and different themes each night such as Chinese or Italian etc.. again still has more choices of pizza or chops or beef if the main theme is say fish so always something to be had. Reception staff have always been helpful and pleasant as far as our experience and happy to order taxis for you. Make sure you have your passports and hotel booking documents ready when checking in as it makes whole process quicker for everyone. Had a relaxing massage for 40euros for an hour and it was just lovely and the lady who took the booking (I used wotsapp using the number on the flyer) was so so nice when I met her in person. Such a lovely woman. Another lady did the massage and it was very nice, relaxing and not too hard which is just what I needed. The shops and start of the main strip is about 5 -10 min walk down a hill. The other end of the strip is about 7min drive away and costs no more than 5 euros. The walk back up the hill can be bit hard work after a long day walking or if have kids and prams or if like me pregnant, but as long as u not in a mad rush it's not a major issue. If you find it is, then just get a taxi back for a few euros. All in all I had a lovely stay here, no problems and wouldn't object to coming back to stay. I've used the pics off the web but these pics are exactly the same as our apartment except we didn't have the green cushions on the bed. Collapse

We stayed here last week and was very pleased with our stay. Firstly we were warned that work maybe going on and it was as they are building a new bar round the quiet pool, it was noisy at times but didn't spoil the holiday and once the bar is built it will be an added bonus and a lovely quiet pool to relax by. We stayed in room 306 which was right next to the quiet pool across the road from the main hotel, we walked over to the main pool area one day but it was a bit to busy for us and more suitable for families with children so we preferred the quieter pool over the road. rooms were nice nothing flashy but clean tidy and everything needed for a quiet week away, beds were comfy, nice little kitchen area with toaster kettle fridge microwave and cups glasses and cutlery, good shower and towels changed 4 times the week we stayed. There is a good sized supermarket in the hotel which stocks everything you need but it is cheaper to walk five minutes to the spa which is much cheaper. The complex is very nice, quiet and in a great location just a ten minute walk down to lots of shops and bars and restaurants there is also a nice shopping centre with clothes shops and an open area cinema. The staff were all friendly and we enjoyed our stay here, we went away to chill out and enjoy some nice meals out in the evening and the THB flora delivered exactly what we need. We would stay here again for an early holiday get away. Collapse

Stayed at THB Flora for four nights all inclusive. Newly refurbished rooms are excellent and have been refurbished to a very high standard, Rain shower was particularly good and loved the motion lights in the wardrobes. The staff are extremely friendly and service was fantastic with nothing being to much trouble. I wouldn't rate the food as highly as some of the other reviews however this may be down to personal taste. We will happily return to this hotel. Collapse

Nice hotel with nicely laid out, clean apartments. Pools on both sides of the road and very secure. Music at night in bar, restaurant not great for lunch. A bit of a walk to the sea front/ beach though.
