The apartment has a decent location right next to the egg, about 5 minutes walk from the west end and around 10 minutes walk from Oceans beach and Cafe Mambos. The apartment its self was clean and have everything you expect in self-catering. Fridge, microwave hob etc. Air conditioning is included in the price. The pool area is nice but has a limited selection of drinks. The staff were ok but not the most talkative. I wouldn't say they were unfriendly but I have experienced much more lively and enthusiastic staff, not like the other places I have stayed on the Island. All in all, as the saying goes you get what you pay for, facilities are all clean and what you need for a parting holiday in Ibiza but I prefer a place with staff who are happy and more in the holiday spirit. I wouldn't say it is a bad place to stay but I doubt I'd return. Collapse

The location of Central Park was amazing, so close to absolutely everything you need. Short walk for the West End and Sunset Strip. There are also plenty of shops, eateries and bars right beside the hotel. The rooftop pool was great - reasonably priced drinks, good bar man, fantastic views, great music (although the same songs were played often) and there was never a problem getting a sunbed. They are very strict on you eating/drinking any food or drink that has not be purchased at the poolside bar. Got a lovely sea view balcony. The room itself was okay - basic but absolutely fine for what paid and for the little amount of time we spent in it. Would recommend Central Park for a short stay. The rooms are a little dated and need some refurbishment. When we arrived into the room, I noticed straight away there was dirt on the floor which gave me the impression that the room had not been cleaned properly. The sheets on the bed were quite old looking and had a few holes in them. We paid for what we got! Collapse

Stayed here for a week in September and was feeling anxious about my stay having read some reviews on here about bed bugs. Our room was adequate and clean enough, at first i thought the bed was comfy but towards the end of the week by back was killing and the pillows are rubbish, but they usually are. There was a couple of broken tiles in the bathroom but nothing to complain about given the price we paid £210 each for a week. The pool area is ok if you like to party during the day as well as the night as the music is so loud and not a huge area so sunbeds are pretty close to each other. Although we did find a quiet spot on some fake grass behind the pool main area and this was a lovely chilled out place to relax. The location of these apartments was the best, it's central to everything and you cant go wrong for the price. The downside was the noise on a night, not from the balcony but the other residents and whoever else they let into the hotel. There was often people screaming and carrying on in the hallway of our room in the middle of the night. The cleaners also came every other day and brought us fresh towels and loo roll so no complaints there either. Our room had air con, a fridge, a microwave and a hob that didn't work. The TV was located in a corner and was so small you couldn't see it. not that we turned it on as it was pointless. The balcony was ample size and if i was to return to Ibiza, for the price you paid, i would stay here again. Collapse

After reading the reviews on here i was pretty much ready to book another hotel before we flew. Well i’m glad i didn’t. Very basic apartments but what do you expect for such a good price?! Can’t really comment on the comfort of the beds as we were pretty wrecked every night but there were no bed bugs in our room! Reception staff weren’t rude.. they weren’t exactly what you’d expect from customer service but we didn’t have any problems! We noticed that our room was bigger than next doors and some balconys were smaller so i’m guessing its just luck on which room you get. The only down side i would say is that they are quite strict on not bringing people into the hotel that aren’t staying there. But that didn’t bother me too much. Anyway, just booked to go back here next year so it can’t be all bad!! Collapse

I stayed at this place last summer with friends. The location is excellent for the beach bars and bus station (to get to other parts of the island), but unfortunately that's where it ends, although i can't grumble too much for the price. The rooms are what you would expect, very basic but had a bed, a bathroom and a fridge. The fridge did have a weird smell, but it still didn't stop us putting stuff in there. We didn't have a proper balcony, just so double doors that opened with railings, which was disappointing. Every night without fail people would be running up and down the corridors screaming shouting and banging on doors, one night someone even had a bad turn after taking drugs, so i was forced to listen to the escapade between security and a bunch of drunk youths for over an hour. The people on reception was friendly enough and happy to help you book taxi's etc. If you're a heavy sleeper and just need a room for the night then this could be the place for you. I think i'll possibly pay a bit more next time and stay on a nicer part of the island. Collapse
