When we first arrived the room we got was filthy dirty and smelly so we upgraded to a larger apartment thinking it may be better, it was bigger but not cleaner. Carpets are filthy, bathrooms are mouldy we even went a bought our own sheets and air fresheners in the supermarket and thankfully brought our own towels. Staff were rude, (maybe a French thing) the cot we got was full of food. when we cleaned it out it was broken I could keep going but I'm sure you get my point.. a few positives are the location it's great for Disney, the shopping center next door is brilliant and pools nice and clean a welcome break from walking for the kids(except the changing room if u could call it that). shuttle is great always on time but don't blink as they don't stay around. The hotel doesn't operate the shuttle Disney does so you'll get the same service from all the hotels on route. All said I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless it went through a total refurbishment.if your on a restricted budget it may suit you, I wasn't as it came recommend by my agent I'm sorry I didn't stay in a Disney hotel its our one negative from a brilliant holiday in Disney. This is our third stay in adagio marne la vallee, since 2016. Some room rules are being changed, no kettle is offered any more (only coffee maker), but when we asked and explained we really need it, the staff provided a kettle the next day. Also, no sponge for washing the dishes, nor dishwasher tablets are provided anymore. Cleanliness is as good as usual. Kitchen Utensils are good so that you can cook your own meals. We were given room 22 by mistake, the staff offered to change the room even though we used the room, but we had unpacked everything for our 1 week stay, so we chose to keep it, But later on we discovered that the room really was in a bad condition, the exhaust fan in bathroom did not work, nearly all electric sockets were not properly fixed. The free shuttle bus is offered as usual , to and from disney. The heated pool is a plus. Collapse

We stayed at this hotel during our Disneyland visit with our 3 young children . However the experience was absolutely horrible. To start with, a rude receptionist with a tash, gave us a smoking stinking room with stains all over the carpet and the furniture. Went back to request another room and he gave us another with not much difference. There were no stains but the room smelled of smoking and dirt. My wife went to request another room he than started shouting and threatening of charging us 100 euros for wasting his time. Very kind young lady at reception got involved and she gave us a clear room. There was no room service at all, the cleaners only change towels once a week and there is hoover to clean your own room. There is a swimming pool. However, you must use the room towels that you can not replace. The swimming pool had no showers either. The changing rooms were tiny and disgusting. The restaurant served the same food every morning. The hygiene in the restaurant was not great either. Overall experience was horrible. Some say that the French are not welcoming at all, some say that the culture is different. In this instance, this place was simply disgusting. There was a dirt, stains and mould everywhere. Would never go there again and this place needs serious refurbishment and change of management. Collapse

Second time I’ve stayed here and it didn’t disappoint. If you’re looking for a decent stay that is so close to Disney it’s perfect. We barely spent any time in the hotel but it was comfortable, clean and quiet. The shuttle bus was frequent however you can easily get Uber’s even when the park is busy for 6€. There is a shopping centre near by with a supermarket which can cut the cost down because Disney is very expensive and the food in and outside of the park (inc planet Hollywood) is awful. I booked our trip to Disney all separate and this hotel made it affordable! Great for families, I wouldn’t pay too much attention to negative reviews, I am extremely fussy and it was a great stay. The hotel has a lot going for it - there's a free shuttle to Disney, it's in a quaint Disney-ified village close to lots of shops and restaurants and is a brilliant location and position. However, it's essentially a Travelodge but in apartment form. When we first checked in, it was late at night and we were given 2 rooms for our group. The first room I was given had sick on the floor in the lounge...not what you want when you are tired from travelling. After complaining, a new room was provided but it obviously hadn't been made up ready for people to arrive as there were things missing. In the other room, there were only 2 towels, instead of 4 and we had to make up the sofa beds ourselves. There didn't seem to be a concept of a duvet cover so it was a sheet over the duvet - not sure how hygienic this is? The safe in our room didn't work, the shower head wouldn't stay up, the plug in the sink didn't work and the tap was constantly boiling hot. It was handy having a separate toilet to the shower but the apartments really aren't big enough for 4 adults - probably ok for a family though. The wifi was good and the buses from the hotel to Disney were ridiculously on time - there's no hanging around if you're a second late. There was some basic shampoo / soap in the room and small amounts of washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. The walls were really thin too, you could hear everything. I didn't appreciate being woken up in the middle of the night by a child jumping on their bed...The staff weren't particularly friendly or helpful - the next night, we got back to the hotel late again and wanted a bottle of water. We'd noticed the vending machine had bottles of water in in the morning so went to buy one but it was broken. When we asked where we could get some bottles of water from, they said the supermarket (which shuts at 9pm so too late for us) and couldn't provide any other options (if you need it, McDonalds has some and it's open late!). Eventually, the receptionist gave us a couple of mini bottles, following a long discussion. We had breakfast at the hotel which had a basic but good selection of cereals, hot and cold food. Although not sure why you need pick and mix at breakfast time! Overall, it's a good hotel to just crash at the end of the day but don't expect much. Collapse
