  • How do I make a Group booking?

    All group bookings of 10 adults or 5 or more rooms need to be made by calling the dedicated groups department. Open 6 days a week on 01904 420454. Monday to Friday 08.30 – 18.00, Saturday 09.00 – 17.00
  • What payment is needed to confirm my group?

    If you are confirming your group more than 12 weeks prior to travel a deposit may be possible.

    For an accommodation only booking within the UK you would be required to pay a 20% deposit (unless you have opted for a non-refundable deal, in which case full payment is required). If the accommodation is overseas then a 30% deposit is required. If your booking involves extra such as theatre tickets, flights, train tickets you will be advised at the time of booking the amount that is required.

  • What confirmation will I receive after making my booking?

    You will receive an automated confirmation email as soon as your booking is complete.

    If you booking is for more than 16 Adults you will receive a Group Confirmation detailing the different cancellation terms for group bookings. If you have confirmed a flight inclusive package this will include a flight confirmation and ATOL certificate

  • Do I need to give the names of everyone travelling?

    Unless your booking includes a flight we can confirm your booking under a lead passenger name.

    We will then contact you approx 4 weeks prior to travel to request a rooming list detailing who is travelling and who is sharing with whom. If your booking includes a flight it may be necessary to give all the names at the time of booking.

  • What if someone cancels?

    The group booking conditions will detail the cancellation charges levied if a member of your party can no longer travel.

    In most instances if the booking is outside of 4 weeks of travel and does not involve Theatre/Flights/Attraction or Rail we may be able to reduce your numbers without penalty, but please check with the team.

  • Can we change a name?

    For accommodation only bookings we do not charge for name changes

    Nor on P & O Minicruise bookings. However if the booking involves a flight it is dependent on the airline and how close to travel. For Example Easyjet is a minimum charge of £100 plus any difference in the airfare.

  • Do you charge for using a credit card?

    No it is the same price to pay by credit or debit card.
  • Are my payment details secure?

    Yes. - Superbreak uses a secure server to encrypt and protect all communication of personal details and credit card information between yourself and Superbreak. Our secure server is authenticated and certificated by GlobalSign.
  • Can we pay individually?

    Once the group leader has secured the booking with the deposit then it may be possible for the members of the group to phone in and pay their balances.

  • What if I a member of the group requires special facilities during our stay?

    If you have any special requirements please let us know at the time of enquiry so we can ensure we make necessary arrangements at the hotel
  • What activities can I add onto my booking?

    We offer a wide range of activities for Stag & Hen breaks.

    A full list can be found on the groups pages. Attraction tickets, theatre tickets extras such as private dinners and conference facilities can also be added.

  • When do we receive our tickets?

    If your booking includes theatre and/or rail tickets these are sent out approx 4 weeks prior to travel
  • When do we find out where our activity will be held?

    If not advised on your initial confirmation the location will be sent to you approx 2 weeks prior to the event.

  • How do we check our group in for a flight?

    Check in for most flights opens up 4 weeks prior to travel

    Dependent on the airline the groups team will contact you to collate the passport information and upload the details to the airline. Online check-in will be completed and Boarding Passes sent out. Please note that unless you wish to pay for pre-allocated seating on Ryanair the free seat allocation system is not available until 7 days prior to each flight.

  • Does everyone need to be over 18?

    No, but we would not be able to offer certain activities such as Casino Packages & Cocktail Masterclasses unless everyone is over 18

    If your party largely consisted of 16-18 year olds travelling unaccompanied, i.e not a school trip, then this would be at the Manager’s discretion.

  • What time can we check-in?

    Check in times vary from between 2-4pm.

    When you send us your rooming list we ask for an approximate arrival time of your group so we can inform the hotel. If you arrive prior to check-in time there is normally an area to store your luggage so you can return to check in later. However please note this is not possible with Travelodge.

  • What are behavioral bonds?

    Many hotels and apartments now charge behavioral bonds upon arrival. This can be in the form of a Cash bond or pre-authorisation of a credit card

    Providing there are no issues such as noise disturbance, breakages or specialist cleaning during your stay this will be refunded.

  • Can I add insurance to my booking?

    Yes, Superbreak provides insurance for both UK and Overseas bookings.

    The travel insurance is underwritten by Optimum Underwriting Limited who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. This can be purchased at time of booking or added within 48 hours of booking confirmation providing travel has not already commenced. As our packaged breaks and some hotel offers are non-refundable we recommend our UK Travel insurance on all of our UK breaks.
