Join 2015 MasterChef finalist Emma Spitzer to explore the multi-layered flavours of Middle Eastern cooking. Emma’s Middle Eastern influences come from her travels, especially trips to Israel, Egypt and Morocco. Her experiences have enabled Emma to find a passion for Middle Eastern spices and flavours.

2nd September 2018 Modern British MasterChef Cookery Experience Day with Jack Lucas

Jack Lucas, was one of the youngest competitors in the 2014 MasterChef series but age proved no barrier as he excelled to reach the final that year. Join Jack as he explores global flavours that have influenced British cooking through the years, putting his experiences gained through travelling the world to good use, bringing an exciting twist to classic British food.

13th September 2018 Italian MasterChef Cookery Experience Day with Sara Danesin

The Italian MasterChef day, led by 2011 MasterChef finalist Sara Danesin Medio focuses on the techniques and flavour combinations of Italian food. You’ll get to learn new skills and techniques that you can incorporate into your everyday cooking.



During the day you’ll be able to experience some of the highlights from the show including the Palate Test and the Invention Test as well as enjoying the food you cook in a private dining room including wine or soft drinks.

Your break also includes a 2 night stay at the Brook Marston Farm hotel with full breakfast plus dinner on the first night of your stay. Set in nine acres of Warwickshire countryside, the Brook Marston Farm Hotel is 10 miles from the Birmingham NEC and Birmingham International Airport. Brook Marston Farm is 10 minutes from the royal town of Sutton Coldfield.

All MasterChef Travel Breaks include The Masters at Home Cookbook from MasterChef worth £25, your own MasterChef Apron, Travel Wallet and Luggage tags plus a foodie guide to help you explore the area. Please note, all MasterChef Travel Breaks are non-refundable after booking is confirmed.

About Seasoned Cookery School

The MasterChef day takes place on the Catton Hall Estate. On the picturesque Derbyshire and Staffordshire border, only minutes from the A38, there is plenty of free parking. MasterChef challenges run from 10.15am to 4 pm. join the team for early morning refreshments from 10am.

We advise that you book a minimum of 7 days before arrival, so that we can ensure that vouchers are sent and tours are booked.
