- When redeeming, your voucher can be used for bookings until 31st Dec 2026.
- What to expect from your holiday package – click here
- Advertised price based on 2 people sharing; customers must buy 2 vouchers to qualify. Voucher must be redeemed within 48 hours of purchase to secure the purchased price.
- If not redeemed within 48 hours, voucher auto-redeems and customer should contact the travel agent to book. This does not affect the customer’s 14-day change of mind refund unless the holiday is booked.
- All holidays are subject to availability and pricing is not guaranteed if the voucher has auto-redeemed.
- Upon redemption, the holiday provider will email to confirm booking details; customers must respond within 24 hours to secure booking.
- Valid for selected trains only on dates chosen; supplementary charges may apply for alternative times. Trains will depart from London St Pancras Station.
- Trains may have up to one change per journey.
- Hotels are subject to availability. If purchasing as a gift, the holiday provider will offer travel dates within the purchase price at time of booking.
- Hand luggage included; check with the holiday provider for weight/size limits.
- Minimum time in destination: 40 hours for any 2-night. Minimum 60 hours for any 3-night break. Holiday provider not responsible if minimum time is affected by train delays/cancellations.
- Customers will receive a booking agreement and have 30 minutes to complete it.
- Once booking is confirmed, customer agrees to the holiday provider’s T&Cs.
