  • Voucher must be redeemed within 48 hours of purchase to secure the purchased price.
  • If not redeemed within 48 hours, voucher auto-redeems and customer should contact the travel agent to book. This does not affect the customer’s 14-day change of mind refund unless the holiday is booked.

  • Upon redemption, the holiday provider will email to confirm booking details; customers must respond within 24 hours to secure booking.
  • Valid for selected flights only on dates chosen; supplementary charges may apply for alternative flights.
  • London airports (Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted, London City, Southend) are grouped; by booking a London package, customers agree flights may depart from any of these airports. A fee may apply to change to a specific airport.
