Swissotel Oerlikon as a Base for Exploration
A customer who stayed at 4* Swissotel Zurich in Zurich wrote this review.
I have stayed in this hotel at XMAS and New Year for the last four years. I use it as a base to explore Switzerland, ocasionally going into neighbouring countries, e.g. to Milan. The Hotel is opposite an important surburban sation, from which there are trains to the main station every few minutes, 18 hours a day, 365 days a year. From Swissotel Zurich it is possible, in one day, to make a return journey to anywhere in Switzerland. I always buy a Swiss pass, valid on all Swiss public transport except the very high mountain lines. It is a fantastic bargain. It also gives free entry to all the important museums and galleries in Switzerland.

Nice Stay at the Hotel
A customer who stayed at 3* Hotel Montana in Zurich wrote this review.
The stay at the hotel was great. It being very close to the station is easily traceable. It is a very nice staff located at a quiet place. Is literaly at say 2-5 min walk from station. Can visit all places as it is close to station, hence you get well connected to all parts of the town. The tourist information at Zurich station is the best (when compared with other places). The staff is very friendly and is really an info center. They will make you roam around Zurich and also have info abt other cities.
