out of 5We stayed at the BritanniaHotel Wolverhampton - could do with a bit of tarting up but it was very comfortable and we could tell our room had recently been refurbished - very clean! We stayed as part of a wedding reception - the staff do warn visitors that it can get noisy on Fridays and Saturdays, however they tried to put all of the wedding guests into the same corridor near the proceedings to keep noise confined. If you stayed on the night of October 7 2006 - apologies, we were rather merry :-) The breakfast is buffet style, and the staff did a fantastic job keeping the food flowing. Well done. Book on Superbreak - the rate was even cheaper than the wedding guest rate, and we were told on the phone there were no rooms left - but we got a room through this website!

out of 5The purpose of the visit was to attend the National AGM and members weekend for CAMRA. We had a thoroughly good time and visited a few pubs in the surrounding area -the people were friendly and we were made to feel very welcome.

out of 5Took 3 children to cadbury world for half-term treat. It was exciting to be there but cadbury's need to update the attraction and the experience. Although the hotel staff were lovely and helpful, our room was smelly, overheated and had dubious stains on the wall, and was in great need of decoration. The breakfast buffet was not replenished and what was there was barely edible!.
