out of 5Hotel was quite difficult to find as directions were not given from train station.The receptionist had some trouble finding my booking but didn't say anything eg check spelling of name etc. Not very helpful. Hotel room was good size and very clean. Bed was ridiculously squishy, not at all comfortable. I would have moved onto the sofa bed but found there was no extra bedding to do this.Shops don't open until 11am on Sunday so we couldn't shop before going for our train.
