out of 5Lots of walking round Edinburgh and using the local buses,very reasonable all day saver ticket.Hotel was in a good area for exploring,too many excellent bars to pick just one,but can recommend Whiski bar for good food whiskey and entertainment and friendly bar staff.

out of 5my friend and i did some Xmas shopping through the day took in the city at night enjoyed the bars and restaurants and our main reason for visiting was to see the musical dirty dancing at the playhouse which was a thoroughly enjoyable night the hotel was in the best location possible to achieve all of this within easy walking distance and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful cannot praise them enough i would have no hesitation in booking into this hotel again and also recommending to all my family and friends.

out of 5We had a lovely short break in Edinburgh. The people are very friendly , the buildings are amazing. The bus tours are good . The Mary King Tour of the old streets below was excellent . One tour to avoid is the actress dressed as a prostitute who walks you accoss the town and tells a few old tales . We will definately visit again and make greater use of the bus tours to visit more attractions .

out of 5The tourist bus was good value for money, went to the castle. Princes Street shopping expensive though really cater for foreign tourists.
