Lovely hotel in a good location (regular bus service to York from outside the hotel.) and easy to reach park and ride. Rooms well appointed and clean. Breakfasts were very good but dinner menu very restricted. Waiting staff needed more training. Read more

We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel, on arrival staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms we stayed in had recently been refurbished and were lovely. My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights. We used the leisure amenities which are excellent as always. The food in the restaurant was lovely and the waitress very friendly. The Parsonage is a lovely historic hotel, evening meal and buffet breakfasts were great, room size was very large with seating area and decent bathroom, nice and warm on a cold weekend.
