Great place to stay for a very quiet break near York, including no phone and no WiFi. Yet bizarrely could keep up to date with news on both tablet and phone! Handy for Rawcliffe Bar park and ride with a stop at the National Railway Museum on way in. Food was really good and the room, although... Read more

This is a great hotel for visiting York and the surrounding areas. Very friendly staff and a good quality of food. We had an allowance of £20 each towards the evening meal and this easily covered 2 courses. Breakfast buffet was excellent. We upgraded to an executive room at an extra £20 a night... Read more

Upgraded on arrival to a suite - a really nice room. Clean and tidy with a good level of equipment in suite. Very helpful staff and good breakfasts and good evening meals although on the plentiful side a good choice. Check in & out was quick and efficient, all in all a good stay. Read more

We stayed at the Burn Hall Hotel for two nights last weekend and really enjoyed our stay - the staff were really friendly and very helpful, both on reception and in the restaurant - nothing was too much trouble. Our 4 children and their partners and children were booked to come with us. We have used SuperBreak on countless... Read more
