Using a free map we walked the city visiting just about every visitor attraction, also the open top bus city tour. Liverpool is the place to go,from sightseeing to restaurants and bars. Weather was fab, we sat at a roof top bar taking in the sites of The Liver Centre,The Mersey and cruise ships coming in. The hotel was located just round the corner from the Empire Theatre, a one-minute walk. Nice, modern hotel with good, clean rooms. Food was good in Seven Seas Brasserie.
