This was the worst ever hotel I have ever stayed in. Check in with grumpy staff, being checked into a smoking room when asked to move told I would have to wait and see re allocation. Public areas were dirty, hotel smelling of a cross between mashed potatoes and cabbage hence didn't eat there!... Read more

Hotel cold. Rooms very small, also one bed was cold and had no headboard. Food not great. One of the rooms was above the dance hall and the noise was terrible. Taxi services were great and very helpful as the weather was terrible. Winter Gardens were lovely. Read more

Hotel was very dated in need of new decor and more, room and public areas dirty, dining room only open for 60mins for evening meal which meant everyone in the hotel was in at same time. Staff not very helpful but location was fantastic with car parking central to everything. Read more
