About The View from The Shard
The tallest building in Western Europe, The Shard is London’s most singularly impressive skyscraper and already one of the most distinctive features in the capital’s famous skyline. The View from The Shard is one of London’s top attractions – the most eagerly anticipated visitor experiences in years, and an absolute must-see.
At 244m (800ft), The View from The Shard is almost twice the height of any other viewing platform in the city; experience the best 360-degree vistas of London, far above the hustle and bustle of its busy streets. See London brought to life through 12 digital telescopes that are being used in Europe for the first time. Enabling guests to see London by day and night, the telescopes also provide information on the city’s most famous landmarks.
The famous splintered top of the building, as designed by award-winning architect Renzo Piano, is perhaps best appreciated from the open-air viewing platform on floor 72. You’ll also get the opportunity to have your picture taken in front of the ‘green screens’ to capture you in front of the perfect view over London. Sure to improve any short break in London, The View from The Shard is simply not to be missed.
Select Night and Day ticket to have 2 visits to The Shard in 1 day. Book your first visit between 10am and 6pm, then return to see London sparkle at night!
You can also book a champagne ticket to enjoy the view with a glass of champagne.
