Where do I start?....we booked Lego land and a stay in the hotel. Firstly they sent out our confirmation booking which had incorrect dates on. I had to get in touch to get it amended. They did amend and re send the confirmation. On arrival at the hotel check in was easy but our room was not ready for the amount of guests. We were a family of 6 and they didn't have the single bed made up for my son. No duvet or bedding anywhere and there wasn't a Lego present for all if the children in the safe. It was a little upsetting for a 6 year old. We didnt get the Lego but they came and made up the bed. They had left a balloon, badge and birthday card in the room for my child, which I thought was nice. We were in and out of the room during the afternoon and early evening. When in the room there was a constant sound of moving furniture coming from above. At first we thought it was annoying but should stop by bedtime. How wrong we were. If anything it got worse. We went down to complain after 2200 and the lady on reception had no sympathy or understanding at all. We were all shattered from a busy day and a long drive and for the noise to stop my children sleeping it must have been loud. The staff did nothing to help us,they just said it will be the restaurant cleaning. The restaurant was not above us so we really don't understand the comment. Eventually we fell asleep at 0200. In the morning we went to speak to reception again. It was the same woman as the night before. Again no apology, no empathy and no explanation. Eventually she said pack up our bags and leave them in the room come back after the park closes and she will have a new room for us. Although this was something it was also an inconvience we didn't want. We 're packed and left for the park. Having a baby we wanted to be able to use the room during the day and this was taken away from us through no fault of our own. The park was ok. There wasn't many rides for my youngest or oldest and the cafes were very expensive. I seemed to spend the day watching everyone else have fun. The staff were friendly and we did use the parent swap option which I think is brilliant. We spent an hour queuing for the ninjago ride which broke down when we got to the front. That was so frustrating but one of those things. After the park we went back to reception and went to our new room. It was gorgeous but again it wasn't set up for the right number of guests. They forgot a cot. We couldn't phone reception as the phone in the room didn't work. We went back down to tell them. A man came up to the room and said there is a cot in here...we were not making it up. He came in to check the room and then confirmed no cot! A lady then came to put up a cot. The cot wouldn't stay up so she had to get another one. It was a complete joke. Eventually we were left alone but by this point hated being there. We went out for tea as didn't want to stay in the place. The receptionist gave the children vouchers for the shop. We went to the shop but it closed early. We explained to the receptionist we had vouchers etc she said there was nothing she could do but ask the lady in the shop. She was also abrupt to us and said no. We asked to give the vouchers back but then suddenly the shop 're opened. The receptionist also said they would refund 20% of the first nights stay. This has never happened. I phoned up twice and twice I have been promised a call back. I have also emailed the customer service department which sent an automated response saying they will be in touch within 10 days. That's been and gone and no response from them. I'm disgusted with how many mistakes were made and all the little things did ruin the holiday. We felt like we were constantly moaning. I think it's extremely bad to ignore our emails and phone calls. Collapse

We went during the week in October, before half term started, so the crowds weren't too bad. Most rides are geared towards a much younger audience. The mini village is cute. Most of the photo opportunities were not working the day we went. We ate at a pizza place, which was fine. Huge queues everywhere for food, as it is in all theme parks. Collapse
Overly busy with over stressed staff

Having visited Legoland before and having a fantastic time. I revisited with my carers and a group in October visiting a total of 3 times in that month. Unfortunately both visits were not brilliant for us. Being a Rapid Access Pass User the new system has failed epically this month On my first visit we had a great time and enjoyed a great visit with some lovely sunshine. Our following two visits were a nightmare with Rap queues on most rides going up to an hour long or longer. on our last visit on the last day of this season in 7 hours we managed to do two rides due to the queues and the upset they caused. That being said 90% of the time the managers and staff where brilliant and helpfull especially on our last visit where I had lost my purse in the park. The staff asked me what was in it, what it looked like, (Thankfully due to lots of falls when I found a wallet I liked I bought 40 when on sale and carry two on me as one is filled with the normal items in a wallet while the other has vouchers and tickets in it.), They asked about the my access to cash and did everything they could to be helpful and make sure that my lost purse did nothing to ruin my day apart from cause me a little embarrassment. The managers were also brilliant when we left and very apologetic about how busy the park was and for any upset the busyness may have caused. The managers showed exceptional common sense and empathy for the situation. When I went to report it there were most of the managers at the front gates trying to help get people into the attraction either with their pass or by buying tickets. Collapse
Could be much better for the money you pay

We have stayed at the resort for 1 night and had 2 days at the park. Sadly 2 days is nowhere near the time you need to enjoy the rides. Queuing times are absolutely ridiculous, you are looking at 1hr plus. There are absolutely no rides or entertainment for small children (except for the submarine and we still ended up facing the outside bit of the pool meaning we were staring at a wall!). Rides are very short and having queued for 95 minutes for one of them it really wasn't worth the time. And there is no way of buying an express lane for 1 or 2 rides, which really is a rip off. Food in the park is at a cosmic rates! Nowhere have I seen a hot dog for £7! However on a good note, the room we had was very nice. We stayed in a pirate themed room and there was a treasure map and clues to get to the treasure. My son really like having his own sleeping area, his own TV with Lego films and a pirate style bunk bed. Cannot fault the room but again the food cost in the restaurant...£55 for 2 adults and 1 child buffet!!! We have already spent over £400 on a 1 night stay and now having to pay that much for dinner was really hitting us hard. In all honesty it is not worth the money, especially as we didn't get to go on all the rides and some were closed on Sunday. Collapse
Great day out, if you enjoy queuing and being ripped off
