About Loch Lomond Sea Life Aquarium
Situated at the gateway to the Highlands discover the strange and beautiful creatures from around the world's oceans and loch-side shores.
Visit the Seahorse Breeding and Conservation Centre, where you are invited to discover more about the fascinating lifecycle of the many different species of seahorses to be seen here. Come face to extraordinary face with the newest residents...from the Hammerhead shark family. A pair of Bonnethead sharks have joined the tropical sharks in the mighty ocean tank. Walk through an amazing underwater ocean tunnel and come face to face with a collection of stunning sharks, rays and other incredible marine creatures.
Loch Lomond Aquarium?s breathtaking Caribbean ocean display saw the arrival of a green sea turtle recently. This year the attraction will also welcome two spectacular weedy seadragons. Located in the renowned Drumkinnon Tower facing up Loch Lomond itself, it also houses a wide range of both freshwater and marine aquarium displays, and is home to playful otters Rona, Shona and Mona.
A wealth of high-tech marine displays offers visitors the chance to discover a wealth of marine life of all shapes and sizes.
