This Christmas treat yourself to a spectacular performance of Andrew Lloyd Webbers famed musical The Phantom of the Opera at the Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff. The Phantom of the Opera Cardiff will perform at the venue from the 5th Dec 2012 to the 12th Jan 2013.
Since it was first performed in 1986 The Phantom of the Opera has been seen by millions of people across the globe. 2012 sees the show embark on a national tour in celebration of its 25th anniversary. The Phantom of the Opera Cardiff is a moving story of love and loss in the heart of 18th Century Paris. Based on the book by Gaston Leroux The Phantom of the Opera Cardiff is a passionate tale of a complicated love between young chorus girl Christine Daaé and her mentor and ‘Angel of Music’ the Phantom of the Opera.
For the 25th anniversary tour Cameron Mackintosh production of The Phantom of the Opera Cardiff brings a new energy to the show, with spectacular sets, stunning costumes and a well loved score it is a must see for any Phantom of the Opera Fan.
Phantom of the Opera Cardiff will starr Earl Carpenter (Les Miserables & Three Phantoms) as the Phantom and Katie Hall (Les Miserables) as Christine.
