Hairspray Theatre Review
A customer who saw Hairspray wrote this review.
I thought the show was very good, Michael Ball was hilarious, and the show was full of energy and got better as it went on. The only downside was that some of the characters sang so loudly and put on such a strong accent, you couldn't make out the words that they were singing!! I wasn't able to meet the cast afterwards as I had to catch a train home, and it was the last train.

Hairspray

This show at the Shaftesbury Theatre was superb from start to finish.The theatre itself is a 5 minute walk from the nearest Tube (I think it was Tottenham Court Road).Although not a massive fan of theatre shows,I found this show to be fantastic.The entire cast are very professional and highly entertaining.Michael Ball,as the 'star' name,puts in a very funny performance.My opinion of him has increased greatly.Our 'cheap seats' were right at the back,it was quite cool up here with the air conditioning - take a jumper.Tip:the refreshments are slightly expensive-try and take something in with you.All in all,highly recommended.

Fantastic Cast Including Micheal Ball & Ian Talbot, soundtrack & costumes great also, great location from St Giles Hotel(5min walk) Every1 gave a standing ovation at end, one show Id go back and see again.
