St Saviour, inland of the capital St Helier, is a sprawling parish on the island of Jersey. It is a good base for visiting the sandy beaches, the wonderful countryside, the ancient monuments and the many attractions on this sunny island.

Fantastic Jersey

We booked with Superbreak and stayed at Hotel Normandie, St Saviour in Jersey. The staff were very helpful and friendly, hotel facilities excellent, and the meals superb. We were given a twin room with a sea view as our room had been given to someone else by another member of staff. The room was great - the only down side was that the shower didn't run as well as it could. But it was usable. All in all, a good value for money break in a wonderful location.

food & staff good at hotel but full of foul-mouthed contractors.definitely not a place to visit out of season.no night life and a lot of attractions closed.

Weekend Break

We found the hotel to be excellent value for money. The rooms were a good size, well decorated.The pool was a nice extra and the gym looked well equipped. The breakfast was also very good. The only two downsides I have with the hotel were; one, the shower was only a dribble and you didn't really feel clean afterwards as there was no power in the water. Secondly, was the evening meal sittings, 6.30pm or 7.30pm is too early for dinner, why not have an open option or at least 8pm for adults who want to enjoy the evening more. But having said that I would stay there again.

Breezy weekend !!

The transport in Jersey was excellent, from taxi at the airport to the local buses travelling around Jersey on daytrips. Very friendly. I travelled alone but never felt alone as local people very friendly and interested on why i was visiting and where i was from. Spent evening with friends, welcome in pubs and resturants, only negative was it was overcast and windy, felt unable to explore the island totally.
