Murder Mystery in Harrogate!

Excellent evenings entertainment. Delicious meal and plenty of it! Served efficiently.Fantastic acting,so the plot was very realistic. The actors sat at our tables and made the evening most enjoyable for everyone. A couple at our table have been to a couple of other "murder" evenings and said this was by far the best Will definatley do it again and visit the St George Hotel

Murder Mystery Weekend at St George Hotel Harrogate

This was the main purpose of our weekend which turned out to be most enjoyable and something we would like to do again. We would also have no hesistation in recommending it to friends and family. We were told in advance what the theme of the weekend was and advised to assemble in the bar of the Hotel at 7.30 pm.After a liesurely 190 mile drive we checked in to the Hotel t 6.00 pm and were in the bar on time.The murder mystery weekend was conducted by a team of nine professional actors and from the moment they came in to the bar they were in character and remained so until Sunday morning after the "guilty" party had been exposed.There were 30 guests taking part and everyone joined in and made it a great weekend.I booked this event as a birthday treat for my wife. We both enjoy murder mystery drama and books and my wife thoroughly enjoyed herself even though she got who done it wrong.The event covered the Friday night the Saturday morning and evening and concluded after breakfast on Sunday. I won't divulge the plot etc but two of them "died". All the rest had a motive of sorts and there were more red herrings than MacFisheries. Great fun. The company that run them hold them all over the country and have about 50 different plots.Recommended.

Weekend in Harrogate

Never been before. Shopping ok they had a Fatface so my fiance was pleased. The Swallow St George hotel was lovely, a bit like going back to the 70's but very peaceful we felt like we were with just a handful of residents but the hotel was full. It has retained its Victorian feel and decor. The gym and pool were great. Room was right at the top in the eaves and very cozy if not a bit in need of re-decorating. All in all a lovely weekend.

Murder Mystery Break in Harrogate

We had a fantastic weekend in Harrogate Went for Lunch at Bettys Tea Rooms very expensive but a must when visiting Harrogate Had a Murder Mystery weekend and was one weekend we will never forget - superb
