Romantic Weekend In Edinburgh

Edinburgh is such a gorgeous city. Travelling by bus is easy and fast. The bus drivers are all friendly and gave advice on buses, attractions, whatever you wanted really! Take lots of money with See More  Read more information you though because the variety of shops there will just get you opening your wallet and buying everything. Two things which are a must do are the night tours (gets you really into Edinburgh history)and a little place called chocolate soup. If you like hot chocolate, check it out. After a 50 min flight from Bristol we touched down at Edinburgh. A cheap and very regular bus service runs from the terminal to the city centre and took about 30 mins to reach our hotel on Princes See More  Read more information St. A great place for eating out and doing some serious shopping is the Ocean Terminal where a visit to HMY Brittania is highly recommeded. Princes St is ideally situated for visits to all of themajor attractions and a 2 day tour bus pass is a must to get to see the whole of this wonderful jewel in Scotland.   Collapse  Hide

The museum on Chambers Street is excellent for chidren. it also had a Picasso exhibition on, which my 10 year old loved as she has been studying him at school.
