Great coffee with mounds of cream at the cafe half way up Main Street A nice cool drink sitting in the sunshine in Casemates Square Dinner overlooking the harbour with expensive yachts bobbing in the breeze

Staying in the Rock Hotel is like stepping back into the colonial past. Service is professional and discreet. Staff are helpful and polite. Almost every room has a balcony overlooking the Med,standing there at dawn watching the cruise ships mooring was a glorious sight. Gibraltar is great for shopping, but watch your duty-free limits(old rules apply). Lots of nice places to lunch and it is easy to get around by bus or taxi. Gibraltar has a certain charm, no changes of money required and feels like home, with sun! Give it a go for a short break. Dinner overlooking the harbour with expensive yachts bobbing in the breeze
