Reading is at the heart of the attractive Thames Valley area 40 miles west of London, with a wide range of Reading hotels providing easy access to the town’s attractions. Beautiful Scenery

out of 5De Vere was in an amazing location with pool and sauna. Usual good facilities. Easy reach of main attractions but for the standard of hotel the evening meal was poor. Cold soup, no spoons to eat it with no bread. Had to get up and ask for drinks. Salad bar had little choice but for the surroundings we would go there again.

out of 5We stayed at this hotel because it was near where my family live. We were spending the day in London because it was my birthday.The staff at the hotel were wonderful, I even got a slice of cake for my birthday and they were all very friendly too.Would advise anyone to visit as they made us feel at home.

out of 5Very short trip to family in Wokingham. The Reading Moat House was ideally situated for us and the staff were very helpful. When we arrived at 22:00 there were several functions in full swing but the receptionist stressed that we had been allocated quiet rooms for which we were grateful. Rooms clean with usual facilities and huge bed! We experienced no disturbance whatsoever and, although the hotel appeared full , there were no delays with breakfast. Food topped up promptly and hot.Very convenient for visiting Windsor Castle, Reading Town, Legoland etc.

out of 5Lovely weekend away. Just what me and my partner needed! Great hotel and facilities. Although was disappointed that the jacuzzi didn't work. Apart from that great.
