There's A Hot New Show In Town!01 October 2007
There’s a hot new show in London and this time it’s not on the West End stage – it’s at The British Museum! Short break specialist Superbreak (www.superbreak.com) reports that the newest star in town is The First Emperor – China’s Terracotta Army Exhibition which this week out sold even the biggest musicals. Whilst short break packages to see the big hits such as the Sound of Music, Joseph, Grease and Dirty Dancing continue to sell in huge numbers, this week they were eclipsed by the new boy in town – The First Emperor!
This once-in-a-lifetime exhibition explores one of the greatest archaeological discoveries of the 20th century and provides an insight into China’s First Emperor, Qin Shihuangdi, and his legacy.
