Superbreak Mini-Holidays Launches Latest Airport Hotels Leaflet...27 September 2007
... with New Hotels & New Supersaver Offers!
Superbreak Mini-Holidays has launched its latest Airport Hotels leaflet covering stays until the end of April 2008. Three new hotels are featured, plus additional supersaver offers and new four day parking rates targeting the short break market. The operator reports that sales for the five months May – September are up 6% year o year with over 70,000 customers booked though agents in this period. Overall prices lead in at £22.50pppn at the three star Travelodge Glasgow airport on a room only basis.
Three new hotels have been added to the portfolio which now offers 148 hotels at 26 different airports/cruise ports across the UK.
1) The three star Stanhill Court Hotel at Gatwick Airport priced from £49.50pppn on a room only basis and including up to 8 days parking
2) The three star Great Hillingbury Manor Hotel at Stansted Airport opens in November 2007. Prices from £44.50pppn on a room only basis including up to 8 days parking
3) The three star Ramada Jarvis Hemel Luton Airport priced from £34.50pppn on a room only basis and including up to 8 days parking
Un-named special offers introduced at London Heathrow earlier this year are now available at Stansted, Gatwick and Glasgow. These allow agents to offer customers the best available rates for specific star ratings due to Superbreak’s recently introduced daily pricing system. A three star unnamed offer at Stansted costs from £34.50pppn b/b, a four star at Gatwick from £39.50pppn room only and a four star at Glasgow from £25pppn room only.
12 hotels across 8 different airports now offer the additional flexibility of a hotel plus parking deal for up to four nights, which are particularly attractive for the important short break market. Prices are from £29.50pppn at the four star Heathrow Windsor Marriott on a room only basis including up to four days parking.
Ian Mounser, sales director at Superbreak comments “We produce this leaflet in large quantities and in ticket wallet size to encourage agents to use it as part of what they give to customers in terms of documentation. As well as capturing an airport hotel add on sale at the time of a holiday booking, this gives agents a second bite at the cherry when tickets are sent out.”
Leaflets will be with agents from 8 October onwards and over 600,000 are being printed for agents with overbrands for Thomas Cook and First Choice.
