Don’t just take their word for it – customers rate experiences!
Short break specialist Superbreak is now offering its customers the chance to go online and comment on their trip. This service provides unbiased commentary from holidaymakers on their experiences whilst away from home, providing tips on some of the best things to do and see. In just three months over 11,500 reviews have been posted with more being added every day.
Examples of feedback range from show reviews, comments about family attractions, ratings for restaurants and lots of views on the hotels on offer - all from people who have tried and tested the product. Each review is broken down into sections which customers can award between one and five points. These include: destination, hotel , sleep, breakfast and staff. There is also the opportunity to describe ‘your’ short break in three paragraphs all to be published on the Superbreak website
Only customers who have booked with Superbreak are able to post reviews. On returning home, customers are sent an email offering them the chance to write a review.
