BODY WORLDS AND THE MIRROR OF TIME EXHIBITION - £70pp – Opening at the O2 Exhibition Centre on 24 October, this is Gunther von Hagens' original exhibition of Real Human Bodies. Once in a while there comes an exhibition that has the power to change the way we see ourselves. This exhibition is unlike any other and makes the study of the human body (once exclusive to the medical community) accessible to everyone. And don’t forget, the Hadrian: Empire and Conflict exhibition is open until 26 October and tickets are still available. This is an unprecedented exhibition at The British Museum featuring around 170 exhibits from 31 institutions in 11 countries, many of which have never been loaned out before. It explores the life, love and legacy of Rome’s most enigmatic emperor, Hadrian (reigned AD 117–138) and provides a fresh insight into the sharp contradictions of Hadrian’s character and challenges faced during his reign.
